I love this sunscreen! The skin on my face is very delicate, oily, and acne prone. My pores clog easily. It's been the only sunscreen that doesn't break me out ever. This specific sunscreen is so hard to find in stock in stores now so this is the only app I can order it on. A little sad to see the price went up and the ingredients look different from my old bottle? Maybe just in different order. Like why is water the last ingredient on this new bottle, but my old one has water as the first ingredient…? I'll have to try this new one and see if it works just as good. It doesn't blend properly if you apply it like a regular lotion. So don't rub it on your face. Its texture is pretty thick/heavy so I just apply in a line on two fingers and kind of spread it on my fingers, then pat/dab it all over my face and neck until the white cast is no longer visible (yes it can leave white cast so it might be more suitable for lighter skin types). I feel it really does provide protection because I feel the difference in texture when I do use it vs when I go a day or two without use. My skin feels less bumpy and acne scars don't appear as dark. Neutrogena if you happen to see this, pleaaaaasse don't ever stop selling this specific sunscreen!!!! I will purchase this for the rest of my life I'm so serious.
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have been using it non-stop. It's honestly the most matte sunblock (physical sunblock; thankfully not a chemical sunscreen) I have ever tried and loved! It replaced my holy grail Banana Boat tear-free sting-free baby sunscreen because I feel safer with a physical sunblock as opposed to the BB's chemical one. A little truly goes a LONG WAY like what other reviewers mentioned; because I made the mistake of ambitiously slathering a more-than-generous amount on my face and I ended up even more pasty-white than ever. And unlike my old love BB, this one will never cause any flyaway hair strands sticking to my face. Awesome sun protection at that quality too! Will stick to this! Please don't ever discontinue!
This sunscreen is fantastic. It applies in a somewhat odd consistency like paste, yet dries quickly (for me within 5-10 minutes) and provides a tremendous layer of protection. It does not feel oily or slimy once 'dried'. This product had been strongly recommended by my dermatologist (after my dealing with skin cancer) and she was spot on!
I love your zinc products. They give me total protection. I like that it's thick and white going on! It reminds me that I'm getting that physical barrier of zinc. No worries, it dissipates and drys clear. I use vitamin C and moisturizer under it. Everyone comments on how clear and bright my skin looks. Love! Love! Love!
I have used CeraVe's comparable brand of zinc sunscreen and I like Sheer Zinc Dry Touch better. It glides on smooth and absorbs quickly. And it doesn't leave a greasy feeling. If you take the time to apply and rub it into your skin it will be invisible.
Neutrogena Sheer Zinc was recommended by my dermatologist. It is great because it doesn't sting my face. It is the only sunscreen that I've found that doesn't.
So far so good. I have super oil, thick skin. The best way I have found to apply the product is to pat on skin. I can't say this is the best product out there, but it's the best I've tried so far.
Excellent product! Easy to apply & easy to rub in (I need to rub it in so I don't have white stripes). I like this much better than the liquid versions as it does not get in my eyes.
I bought this sunscreen because I have very sensitive skin to both the sun and chemical sunscreens. I love the texture and how it doesn't leave a chalky residue on my skin.
I love it. Its just what I wanted .
