I have psoriasis in the scalp and T gel is a lifesaver For me And for my type of hair is great But it does have a small odor, but not bad it's mainly minty. And it is not expensive at all. The value of it is great, so I highly highly recommend it. It was recommended to me by a Dermatologist.

This product has a strong medicinal scent, and is fairly thick. My dad used to get this product for me when he would get samples at the dermatologist. I find it to be drying, which some people may like. I find I have flakey dry scalp, so this can sometimes strip my scalp and my hair too much of its oils. I like using this every once in a while for a nice scrub and reset.

This is an expensive shampoo, but you don't need to use alot. It lathers well. This is not only effective for dandruff, but also a good shampoo if you have an itchy or sore scalp. The smell is different (difficult to describe), which I like because it is not a strong perfume and/or flower scent. Recommended to those who have problem scalps. It's soothing and helps. Give it time. It works, at least it does for me.

Sometimes I have an itchy scalp and I use this shampoo few times to sort it out. It cleans very well but dries your hair so I use it whenever needed. It's something that I always have in my house. Smell can be funny for some people, it smells a bit like petrol but I absolutely love that. A true therapy!

T-Gel is absolutely fabulous!!! No other dandruff shampoo works like it. It begins working on the first time using it and my scalp clears up, from itching and flaking, by the third shampooing. I love T-Gel. No other like it out there. Also, T-Gel is not T-Sal. T-Gel works 100% better!!! The only negative about T-Gel is the price hike. I just don't like the high price of it now. It use to be much cheaper for the same great shampoo.

This shampoo works fast and it works well. If your scalp ever decides to act up with itching, flaking, or that stubborn dandruff that refuses to leave, this stuff shuts it down within a couple uses. It's not the type of shampoo you buy for the smell or the vibe, it's the one you keep in your shower because it actually fixes the problem. The relief is noticeable, the results are consistent.
