Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen SPF 70 Body Sunscreen Lotion, Dry-Touch Sun Protection, 5 fl oz

As a natural blond, I have a fairly light complexion. Every summer I use several tubes of this sunscreen, mostly for swimming laps 5 days a week in an outdoor sunny lap pool. This product works very well, even though I swim for 1.5 hours without reapplication. (Your results may differ, especially if you're a redhead.) For me, I'm happy to never have a sunburn. I do tan a bit, very gradually...my "tan" is more like other people's "normal" though. Oh well. I like that this doesn't feel as greasy or watery as other sunscreens I've tried, so this one remains my "go-to", either this 70 SPF, or the 100 SPF version. One thing though, I only swim in a pool- IF I were swimming in a natural body of water (lake, river, ocean), I would be choosing a different product that causes no (or way less) environmental harm- I know they're making some better environmental options now, but for my swimming habits, it doesn't seem to matter. I also do a fair amount of yard work %26 gardening year-round- this is great for that too. Who needs skin cancer? Not me. I even use this on the part in my long hair- yes, that's another place I will burn, %26 it's ugly when it peels. Neutrogena sunscreen for the win.

I burn really easily so I need sunscreen that actually does something. This one does. SPF 70 is basically a force field. I put it on and I'm good all day. The other thing I really like is it doesn't feel greasy. After a few minutes you forget it's even there. I've tried a lot of them over the years and most either don't last or feel terrible on your skin. This one just works.

This sunscreen dries down quickly and feels good on; it does have a fragrance, but the smell is light and pleasant, not heavy or headache inducing. The SPF is excellent, and it doesn't pill or peel when reapplied. I will definitely purchase this one again.

I love using this for my whole family. The kids don't even mind this sunblock because it is so lightweight and non-greasy that you barely even notice it's there. It absorbs quickly and doesn't cake onto the skin. The smell is nice and not overwhelming at all. The barely-there sensation of this SPF has me questioning often if I need to reapply, but so far it has provided long-lasting sun protection with no consequences to our skin.

I like the ingredients over most of the other lotions available. There are no harmful ones that I can see for now. I use this on my neck and face when I am cycling. I like that this does not have a greasy feel. In fact, there is no sensation from it at all when I am out and about. There is a bit of residue when applying. It is something that requires a mirror because there will be visible blotches of it that will not blend in if you do not work them into the skin. This lotion keeps my neck and ears from getting burned no matter how many hours I am in the sun.

Value for money with actual quailty behind it. i do recommend this SPF 70 now mainly due to its value size at 5oz compared to 2 or 3oz on the other neutrogenia products. lathers very well and feels very light. no big white cast or anything overbearing like their mineral one.

Got this instead of generic/basic sunscreen because of our sensitive skin. It does feel great and unnoticeable once it's rubbed in, and it kept us burn-free all week during a beach vacation. It does still burn my eyes a little when it gets in inevitably from splashing in water, but the eye burn is not nearly as bad as normal chemical sunscreen.

The product itself is great. The problem is that after a few months it starts to separate. No matter how much I shake it beforehand, a bunch of clear liquid comes out and then a mottling of cream and clear liquid. It is almost unusable so I end up throwing it out. This is not a one time problem. The last 3 or 4 tubes did the same thing. I was continuing to buy it since it is such a nice product when new but with wasting over half a tube each time I will have to find a better option.

I purchased this because of its statement of being sheer. My son is biracial and we try to avoid sunscreen that leaves a white cast. Unfortunately, this leaves a white cast like all the rest. Also very unfortunate that I purchased two of these as my kiddo has to bring one to keep at summer camp. I've had to give them away.

DO NOT BUY! Nastiest oily greasy thick white mess that instantly blocks and seals your pores so you start overheating and sweating! Why is this sunblock the literal exact opposite of every claim it makes?? It's not sheer It's thick white that does not blend in! Left me white as a ghost! It's NOT dry touch! You will be greasy as an oil slick! Leaving greasy oily residue on everything you touch! I'm FURIOUS they LIED and scammed us so horribly!!! I'll never buy Neutrogena again! They cannot be trusted when they dare to sell a product that's the exact opposite of every claim on the label! It's way overpriced greasy white disgusting nasty oil. DO NOT BUY!
