Seems Helpful
Nice only 1mg Melatonin so I can combine with other Melatonin and not over do. The pain relief side seems to help with the pain in my arm/elbow joints.

Wonderful Product
Some days after a long day at work I have racing thoughts before bedtime and have a hard time falling asleep. This really helps me to calm my mind and get a full nights rest and I feel refreshed the next morning.

Not sure how much the ginger helps with sore muscles but the other ingredients do aid falling asleep which is what matters.

Very good
This has made a big difference on my sleep. I take it when l feel l need an extra boost. I was regularly only getting 6 hours of sleep now 8 hours and feeling so much more rested!
