I didn't like having to wait for it to be shipped, but nobody else had it locally either. I like using oem part bc I know they will fit. That's why I use Motorcraft.

part failure
installed in truck, went to prime fuel system and the top of the filter in the engine bay popped off dousing engine with diesel fuel. questioning if this is truly a Ford Motorcraft product or a knock off.

bad batch?
installed filter. after 30 min of priming fuel system fuel would only make it to the filter but would not pass thru the secondary filter (the one under the hood on drivers side. reinstalled old filter (same brand) and the truck fire up with no issues. so im assuming the new filter is completely clogged up.

One out of two !!!
price was great, shipping was great but one of the filters was defective , not i am stuck with one good filter and one old filter on my ford truck. These items are only sold as a pair so I will have to but a complete set in order to have 2 fresh filters on my truck. I am returning the black canister filter as it is defective..

It's not a real filter from the seller. When my husband tried to put it as a replacement filter, his pick up wouldn't start. Had to have the car towed and fixed by the mechanic only to be told that it was not a real filter and that these are fake.

JUNK!!! DO NOT PURCHASE
These are not Motorcraft parts. packing slightly different. Upper fuel filter came apart after less than 500 miles..Left me on the side of the highway. DO NOT PURCHASE !!! ABSOLUTE JUNK!!! look at photo

DONT NOT BUY
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE , SAYS ITS OEM BUT ITS REALLY NOT , I replaced it put it on my truck and bleed the truck about 40 times would not pick up diesel so no start just kept cranking , I had to put the old one back on and truck started first try , THESE ARE TRASH NOT OEM !! I should've known better

defective upper filter
Fuel filter blew up after around 70 miles after install. Complete garbage. i hope they are not all like this.
