Motorcraft FL2051S Original Equipment Oil Filter Fits select: 2011-2022 FORD F250, 2011-2022 FORD F350

Great product

The Motorcraft FL2051S was not delivered. I received the replacement Motorcraft FL2124S. The 2124 is a slightly more robust filter that replaced the 2051. No harm, no foul for me but if you're looking to receive the 2051 from this advertised photo, no bueno.

There are two things I didn't like about this order. The first is I noticed the filter wasn't packaged in a motorcraft box the box was totally blank. The second problem is it was over priced.

The part was fine. Shipping was horrible. Not sure who to put that on. We had a truck down over a week when we needed it on the road.

product came in rather quickly. only issue i had was when i opened package, the boxes that filters actually came in was serverely torn. looks like someone decided to rip them up then ship. boxes looked old too. as if theyve been on the shelf for years. filters looked ok. just that, ok. just expected better product is all. only reason im not requesting a refund is the actual product is in usable condition and in todays time, they are really hard to find.

The filter came from a third party, not Walmart. The oil filter shipped was incorrect but what I found troubling is that the internal box from the supplier was badly damaged (top and bottom flaps were missing, tape was used to hold the product inside). No way to tell if the filter had been exposed to foreign debris that could be introduced into the engine. Unacceptable that any company would believe that this was a acceptable to sell in this condition. Returned to local Walmart store who handled it promptly, kudos to Walmart

Walmart sent me a different inferior brand filter in the original box for one of two ordered filters. Good I looked inside before the return period expired. I usually use Amazon, but this time I used Walmart and it wasn't the greatest experience. Check your items, or you could receive junk instead of what you ordered.

The filter cracked around the housing , caused my truck to go in limp mode and left me on the side of the road

Apparently whoever pulled this part can't read. The part is only four numbers and they still sent the wrong part. I'll have to buy it somewhere else because while they did let me return it they wouldn't let me exchange it for the right part. I'm not ordering it again just to get the wrong part again.

did not receive one i ordered charged for it, received sub that was damaged and cheaper than i was charged. didn't issue me the difference in price. returned item to store.
