A must have if you had /have ankle surgery. It has helped with the pain. The wrap and Velcro really helped keep the swelling down as I didn't have to hold the pack in place.

I broke my ankle and had surgery. I have other ice packs, but none that wrap around the ankle. I googled wrap around ice packs, and this came up on Walmart. I am extremely happy I purchased this. It's awesome. I use it several times a day. It wraps around with ease and is comfortable. One of the best things things, you can walk around with it. I always set a timer, and even when the timer goes off, I sometimes forget I have it on. I highly recommend this ice pack.

Versatile, long and wide Velcro strap. The gel stays soft even when frozen, and retains excellent cooling. Surface texture is comfortable. The device is very well made, and looks like it will last many years.

Such a fantastic purchase, very high quality. I just had some hardware removed from an old surgery and bought this for recovery. It's absolutely worth every penny. Comes with a nice bag you can keep it in, in your freezer too.

I broke my fibula. I'm 5'6" with a slim build. I have very thin legs and normal ankles. I mention my size bc I was surprised that this ankle ice pack was so small. Not only did it not cover my entire ankle, it is so thin it was melted within 3-4 minutes. I can not recommend this ice pack. I can recommend the much more expensive Jack Frost ice pack (6×9) as it conforms to whatever ails you and the ice gel is thick enough to stay frozen.

It's very convenient for swollen ankles The only drawback is that you have to wrap the velcro strap differently on each side so it sometimes slips down. But still the best solution I've found

Lasts around half an hour, and I use it while wearing a sock, love the temperature! The strap is a little short though, I had to rig a longer strap myself which makes it a lot better. Overall good product, just wish they made the strap longer.

So I bought this for my ankle, hoping I could walk around with it just to get up to go to the bathroom or get a glass of water, but it's not great to walk with. the velcro slips. It is a good ice pack, though, and I've used it for my wrist and elbow as well.

dosent stay cold long enough. i bought this thinking it would last more than 5 minutes but i was wrong.
