Tommie Copper Sport Ankle Compression Sleeve, Black, s/m

I couldn't have gotten this at a better time as I sprained my ankle and tore the muscle ligaments some time back. Now my ankle is weak and hurts from time to time; this sleeve is perfect. It helps strengthen my ankle not only when I'm trying to do sports but every day activities. It also helps ease the pain as well. It's also nice and thin so it's great to wear under a sock as well. The quality is great meaning it is made very well and it is nice and comfortable. Love the support it provides and definitely recommend trying it.

This is great support for my ankle after overuse. I noticed from either jogging too long or walking a few miles, I end up with some problems with my ankle or my foot. So I'm so glad to have found such great support to keep my ankle in great shape and sturdy. I don't have to deal with pain at night when sitting back or even when I need to get up and walk on top of what workout I've just done. Since I exercise every day and need to use my feet to move, It's a supreme support product to aid in healing sooner. I never believed that copper stuff, but I never had that Tommie brand before. Not that I think it matters, but this product really proved to matter. It's really a nice supportive need more than a want. As much pain, I get with my right ankle on a weekly and monthly basis. Thankfully, it's as easy to put on as much as it is to clean. I really have nothing but good results and a feeling of joy, just because of this excellent product. I honestly wish when I was younger I had something like this, each time I sprained or ended up with my ankle in pain for days. At least now I have better support than wrapping it up, dealing with the pain, or not being able to walk or work out for a while.

I use these mostly at work. We are super short staffed in the restaurant that I am employed sooo, I'm doing a lot of walking as a food runner, cashier, busser and dishwasher. I wear flip twisting shoes and these ankle compressers. My feet and ankles do not hurt as bad. They support my ankles and allow air so, I don't have sweaty ankles and feet.

Easily rips when wearing also you must be careful when putting into your legs because it might get ripped so be careful. Amazing fit when using for socks you don't feel nothing except for the part of your leg popping out. Also you might feel it being tight on your leg which is uncomfortable also you must adjust it mostly all the time. Amazing helps the bottom of your legs I wouldn't recommend it but the circulation for it is good.

I'm an avid jogger. I jog several days a week. My hope was that this compression ankle sleeve would have a firm hold on my ankle. It was broken several years ago therefore, I jog with a compression sleeve to reduce pain. This compression sleep didn't yield any affects for me. It was like jogging without an ankle compression. I don't recommend this sleeve if you are buying it to manage pain while exercising.

I couldn't even get this on my foot. I'm a female adult with a size 7.5 to 8 shoe, and I must've picked the wrong size because I can't put it on. So I guess they run small. You may want to go with the bigger size. Medium SHOULD have fit

The product is a scam. They do not do what they say and roll and do not stay put... I tried to return them and I seem to be only able to return one. What a waste of money!!!!

The ankle sleeves are thin and poorly stitched. It tore at the heel the very first time I used it and I wasnt doing anything strenuous. After having such high hope that these would provide ankle support and relief...I was tremendously disappointed! Dont waste your money.
