i traded in my pricey $70 orthopedic insoles for plantar fasciitis and tried these on sale - and oh man, they deliver! as someone who works construction, my feet are usually throbbing by day's end, but these make the pain disappear. one catch: when i shed my shoes, the pain returns, so i snagged another pair for lounging - problem solved! and way cheaper!

I bought these because I am a diabetic. When I first tried these it was funny trying to walk with the arch support on my foot. It took a few days for me to get use to wearing them. I love how they make my feet feel now that I wear them everyday. My feet no longer hurt and I am able to walk with confidence. I no longer feel like I am dizzy with the extra support while walking. I really do love these new insoles and would recommend these for anyone. I have bought my family 2 more pair of these for their shoes.

i developed plantar fasciitis, these foot inserts help relieved the pain so i could take steps walking with my sneakers. its the took pressure off my heel aand arch some. if you can tolerate, you still need are for feet in other ways like RICE but these things. i purchase 4 pairs so far for multiple shoes. love them.

My husband was ready to throw away his sneakers and buy a new pair. But once he put his KEKOY Orthotics inserts into his sneakers - he couldn't believe the difference. He actually thought that his sneakers were more comfortable and supportive with the inserts than when he first got his sneakers!

These are well made and are soft/spongey for good cushion; however the arch support (at least on my feet) is too far back, or too close to the heel. The support pushes into the meat of my foot “behind” my arch and therefore doesn't support the actual void that my arch creates in the shoe. I'm keeping them only because it's better than nothing and my old inserts got tossed out.

My 12 yr old had a growth spirt and went from a boys size 7.5 to a mens 11. Causing some issues with tendons in his foot. Did a ton of research and bought these for his football cleats. They do help some but I still have to wrap his ankle for support from the pronation he has. For the $ they are worth the support

This item works very well for me. Purchased to help out my knees. These supports to make a difference. They do take up room in the show and makes the shoe fit tighter so not able to wear with certain shoes because of the space the insert takes up. The inserts also have a kind of chemical smell which is not relieved with any kind of washing or treatment that I have tried. But I have found noticable relief from knee pain and the price is unbeatable.

If you have a wide foot Do Not get this insert! The arch support is hard molded plastic which hits in the middle of a wide foots arch. It probably gives good support to normal or narrow feet. But not for wide feet.

I found these very painful to wear. The arch support was way too high up and made of a harder plastic. I only wore for less than 10 minutes before I had to remove them due to awful pain they caused, and they fell apart during removal. See image. Completely wasted my money.

I got 2 left feet. I tried calling them, they won't answer. Tried filing a refund or a new order, the seller has ghosted me. I also filled out a message form and they ghosted me again. Not only did they mess up my order, but they won't fix the issue. Do not buy!!!!!
