The supports are thin and strong. They don't take up excessive room in the shoe. The surface of the supports are comfortable. Very good for flat feet.
Good arches
do your feet hurt if you stand alot these will make you feel much less foot pain
These are sooo comfortable! Very good arch support and cushioned! I will buy another pair. I work on a concrete floor all day and my feet and legs do not hurt at the end of the day.

I am pleased with the order except that I got 2 supports for the right foot. I thought that a pair was packaged?? So I do not have one for my left foot. I am afraid to order again for fear I will wind up with 3 for the right foot.
From the advertising I was hoping to get more arch support. This has a very small lift for sharing which I feel isn't really adding much in terms of support. But I can say I have had any pain when when walking either. After a couple of walks Im noticing pieces of the material in my shoes. So, Ill give 3 out 5.
Wish it had more of an arch.
These inserts are horrible! I wore them for one week and my back and feet hurt so bad. It feels like there is no insert at all in the shoe. It feels like you are barefoot on cement. No lift at all in the arch
Defective, sent 2 for the same foot. Not a right and a left. plus no size no label no packaging just 2 l9ose inserts for the same foot.
