I have a high instep and have used these for some time now to fill shoes that either don't have a high enough instep or one at all. Comfortable and long lasting.

These work perfectly for me. I have high arches, and the tennis shoes I wear to lift weights are pretty flat. This supports my high arches and keeps the muscles in my feet from feeling overly stressed and sore.

I find the arch to be a little high for me, but it does really help when wearing shoes without an arch. it also is great that the adhesive can be regenerated by washing and lettin dry.

Very easy to insert and I like that I can put them on sandals! They stay stuck and have decent arch support. Comfortable!

They are good for people that are not heavy set.

the problem is they don't stick. the adhesion is terrible. I put in three different types of shoes and they fell off quickly. if they won't stay in place, then they cannot relieve the arch pain. the material is pleasant and the fit (if worked right) is good in my opinion but they're useless because they fall right out of the shoes.

I think they're designed more for someone with high arches. I have average ones. The gel is quite hard, and caused pain to my foot. Note - I left the plastic on so as to not get germs on the actual item.
