Dr. Frederick's Original High Arch Gel Inserts, Arch Support, 6 Pack

Item was packaged attractively. These are bouncy little inserts that will give my high arched feet the support they need. I do like to wear lower heeled shoes and flats. Unfortunately flats, especially the “ ballet “ style don't have much support. The clear color is great -these arch supports with go with any shoe, and and match any skin tone, without showing. They won't scream “I'm wearing arch supports!” I was asked to write a review after my purchase. The options are my own.

They help me not to have tired feet at the end of the day. Also, the use of the arch supports helps ease my lower back pain.

They do what I expected. I put them under my insoles on some shoes for a more rounded support. Not sticky enough to stay in place on flips, oh well.

game change for my feet this summer. I was able to wear all of my sandals thru out the season. I used in my dress shoes with good results also.

This is a good product. The problem I'm having is it tends to come loose after a few weeks. I prepare the area with rubbing alcohol before application. It still happens

They don't stick your shoes at all. Waste of money.
