These are very comfortable and can be cut if you need to trim off the sides. They have helped me with the arch support and pain on my feet. They are washable. You just need to let them dry before you use them again. Its good to have an extra pair or more.

I hate spending a fortune on ridiculously expensive shoes (that also don't have enough support), so I'm using inserts like this. They really work and are affordable.

I bought these in Women's and the fit on the heel was tight. I returned them and bought the Men's which was way more comfortable. They have great cushioning and look like they will last a very long time.

This is the second time I have ordered these Arch Supports.They are great for my flat feet, especially since I have to stand all day. They are really comfortable and worth the price. I have them in all my shoes I wear the most. If I use some others, I change them out from the other shoes.

This really supports good and my husband have real bad problem with his left foot as he is having one leg shorter than (3/4 inches) the other. This is the best gift I gave him so he can customize it accordingly and he loved it. Worth the money ❤️

It did relieve the plantar fasciitis pain in my heal, but it sometimes slides down in my shoe when I'm putting the shoe on. It's hard to hold in place while putting on your shoe.

I purchased these for my teenage athlete to put in his running shoes and they have proven to help his feet feel more cushioned and supported. They are quite thick/rubbery (not like the cheap, flimsy ones). They've eliminated the problem he had with blisters. They could be a bit more flexible, but they definitely got the job done and are great quality.

These arch supports are comfortable overall, but they don't provide much actual arch support. I ended up continuing to use my old arch supports, because these just didn't do enough.

These worked for my husband for a few weeks but we had to invest in some different ones. May have just been him needing different ones for his feet. These are probably good if you dont have a lot of foot issues and need something basic

There is no arch support as advertised. I believe this a new design as I have purchased these in the past, and there is no longer any arch support visible at all. It should not be advertised as such. Disappointed in this item now.
