perfect for flat feet
my husbands podiatrist recommended special inserts to ease pain in his flt feet...they cost over $70.00. we tried tese and he has no pain. plus they are starting to straighten his ankle thait was rolling inward. He love them, just ordered a dozen.

Great value
So our little puppy stole the in sole of my husband island surf shoe and he was going to throw them out and I convince him to try this insole it work out perfect he didn't even need to trim it fit right in and he was a happy camper.
