Inserts fit my size 8 shoe perfectly (no trimming). They are very comfortable and work great supporting my arches in tennis shoes and baseball spikes. There is a raised bubble that messages the front of your foot while you walk. They do the same job as the ones my foot doctor suggested for half the price.

been having issues with the joint of my big toe. to the point of limping on my treadmill. got these and the discomfort has been relieved by about 80%. will buy more for ALL my shoes. Still keeping my podiatrist appt to have a professional opinion but in the meantime, the insoles stay! make sure to take out the insole of your shoe and replace it with this. don't pile them on top of each other. i didnt need to trim anything either. very pleased!

I'm on the fence on these ortho-insoles. Keep in mind, my feet are a mess. After being hit by a car, I experience multiple issues, such as sporadic numbness, tingling, tightness, spasms, weird uneven feelings, some balance issues, etc. These insoles have a rigid, possibly metal plate inside, covered by foam rubber layers. Very high arch. A metatarsil ball pad and heel cup. I like the rigidness. It makes my footing feel a little more stable. Not simply 'squishy' or too soft. The heel cushion is comfortable. I like that it has a metatarsil cushion. Most metatarsil ball cushions do not sit in place and end up on the wrong part of the foot, causing more discomfort then anything. They tend to slide and shift as I walk. Because this is a full shoe insole, the metarsil ball is about where it should be and remains in place. That's a big improvement. The arch is high. I have flat feet. I've been told over and over to wear arch supports by doctors. But, honestly, does the arch help? I don't know. I guess it doesn't hurt to have. My feet sort of feel a little better when wearing shoes with these insoles inserted. I think these insoles feel a bit more comfortable or maybe a bit more easy to wear and a little more supportive when walking or standing, compared to other ortho-insoles I have tried. I think these are worth a try if you have problem feet as do I. I typically wear a men's size 12-13 shoe, preferably wide width. Look carefully at the ordering size chart. I think I had to order an XXL or something like that, which corresponds to my size shoe. The insoles I ordered slipped right into my walking shoes without issue. Of course, I removed the shoes original insoles before inserting these. Give these insoles a try. Free delivery with walmart . You can always return them. This is a work-in-progress for me. I have a high arch and these are perfect I do security and being on my feet hurts my back this is the first time I have had no back pain after using these once I am usually in excruciating pain after an event it hits all pressure points that were causing my pain while working so 5 stars for me

I received the product and it came with 2 insoles for the right foot and no insole for the left foot. I've been in touch and have provided pictures on what was delivered but still haven't heard back on how this will be resolved. Wait and see I guess.

I have very high arches in my feet. But this arch support here, I believe was 1.57 inches high, which is one of the highest arch supports offered. Unfortunately, wearing the arch support, makes my foot slide in my shoe towards the outside of my foot… where my pinky toes are. My foot is constantly sliding off this arch support even though the arch of my foot is very high and it does feel comfortable when I readjust my foot onto the arch support. It's not too high of an arch support for me. But unfortunately, it. seems my weight is now placed on the outside of my foot, on my pinky toes side of my feet. Instead of balancing my weight evenly across my whole foot. Instead of my foot balancing my weight equally; unto my toes, the ball of my foot, and my heel, it seems like the bulk of my weight is now shifted to the outside pinky toe side of my foot. Even though my arches are very high, I believe I need a lower arch support in order to walk more equally-balanced on my whole foot.

everytime order something with a size for shoes walmart alwayd messes up. TO GET A RETURN YOU HAVE TO CALL TJEM 10 TIMES TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO SEND RETURN. THEY ONLY RETURN ON FED EXPRESS, NO FED EXPRESS OR WALMART FOR FIFTY MILES ... THAT WHY I ORDERED FOR DELIVERY. GR GET RIGHT WALMART!

I bought these for additional support. I walk for exercise and my feet hurt at the ball and heel when I'm done. These inserts were very thin and the arch was too high. It felt like I was walking on a bump. Very uncomfortable feeling. I would not recommend these.

I have tried several sets of insoles of all types and for all tasks, however, this ones are by far the most uncomfortable insoles I have ever tried. I read the specs and it seems these are perfect for all day standing and walking but my reality is completely different, even though I do stand and walk all day long 20,000 steps per day average and the end of the day my feet hurt like never before. Materials and quality are great though!
