I purchased this item to provide arch support, but it actually has heel padding, not arch padding. However it will still get some use in gripping sandal style shoes and flip flops.

When ordering I saw no place to select size . It came in a medium , which coincidentally worked . No factory packaging . Just a plain plastic bag , thus no prod info . I was looking to see if it could be washed .

Quality isn't the best. They do the job however.

my big problem with this is they don't stay in place..I think they would work great if they stayed in place.

i though they would be adjustable. seem cheap

It's thin and small sized.

They were to small for my feet needed Lard 😊

Would be better with out the pad. Puts pressure on heel and very uncomfortable. Took one step and took it off immediately. Would like to return for refund.

The product was not comfortable at all. The cut around the ankle was uncomfortable and I don't have big ankles. It didn't do anything for my arch and the little pads on the heel was not enough

The package arrived. I have two different sizes unable to put them on my foot. I wasted my money. Don't waste yours.
