ACE Brand Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support, Adjustable, Navy

This has changed my life for the good!!!! I love that this really works! I don't have to wear every night either I have definitely seen a huge improvement since I started wearing this at night while i sleep! Best thing ever for plantar fasciitis!!!!!

This is a user friendly support device to help keep your foot in the correct position to help along with stretching exercises and other methods overcome the pain of plantar fasciitis. Traveling on business constantly, this device packs easily in a suitcase and does not take a lot of space. I highly recommend!!

I bought this for my husband who had tried several other products for plantar fasciitis, including the frankenstein boot the ortho doctor gave him, which was impossible to sleep in and the straps caused pain to the nerves on the top of his foot. As I was wandering thru the internet looking for something else, I saw and ordered this one. There has been a marked improvement in my husband's condition. Having the support above the foot instead of below the foot makes much more sense, duh. The only thing I don't like is the price, which I feel is a lot considering it probably cost Ace $1.00 to make. I'm not opposed to companies making a profit.....but really?

This Ace Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support has been very effective in helping my plantar fasciitis. It helps ease and remove the morning pain I was enduring every day when I got out of bed. Be sure to secure it properly per the instructions on the box. Mine had sometimes slipped down on my leg which rendered it ineffective, but after making it tighter on my leg the issue subsided. I have never been very flexible and I believe this support helps to keep my leg stretched slightly overnight (without pain) and prevents the issue of morning pain for those who suffer from plantar fasciitis. I have also incorporated plantar fasciitis specific shoe inserts into my most commonly worn shoes (everyday and workout) and find this helps throughout the day as well.

This is the second time I have purchased this adjustable sleep support. I like it so much because it is easy to sleep in and actually works! I now wear one on each foot. The Velcro on the one I purchased a few years ago is just now not holding as well as it used to but definitely still works.

This support works very well.It's much more comfortable than the full night splint/boot.Took a couple of nights to get the adjustment right.If it's too tight,you'll know soon enough.When I got the foot strap right,i left it alone,undid the ankle strap in the morning and simply pulled the support straight off.The ankle strap will slide down some but it still does the job.It won't keep your foot at 90 degrees but apparently it's sufficient to allow the plantar fascia muscles to stretch in a relaxed position.Most importantly,I did all the recommended calf muscle stretches as often as I could.I suffered with pf for 5 months and I hope I never get that again.Good luck!

It took me several days and different strap positions and tightnesses to work out a configuration that wouldn't slip at night. It is very comfortable, I don't even notice it at night..even on warm nights and best of all, I don't wake up in the morning and hobble around..I am able to walk normally on it!

I can't really fault this product except to say that I woke up in the middle of the night and took it off. I couldn't stand it any longer. It would probably work to help solve the plantar fasciitis problem if it were worn all night every night. My ankles and feet are rather bony, so perhaps that is why I felt it was rubbing me and irritating my foot. I suppose I could have padded it up inside, but then it would probably be too hot. Something firm, but more cushy would have been better.

I like this brace as it DOES help my Plantar Fasciitis, but I have seen others now that I like better. WHY? I think the HARD part that holds your foot should be UNDER it vs OVER it as that would keep my foot more firmly straight. This design allows my foot to bend down some and that is bad for it. Also, the Velcro is wearing after a month of wear. Maybe others would too, not sure. I would look around for one with the firm part on the bottom , not on the top.

I was hoping this would work well. I had seen a few comments from women saying it was too big for their feet, but since I have larger feet (women size 10) I thought it would be okay. I was wrong. The straps that should Velcro under the ball of your foot go under my toes and can't get the tightness required to keep my foot flexed. And then the other strap goes around your lower shin which is dumb, because it then slides down to your ankle since ankles are skinnier than legs, so then the whole thing slides off the end of my foot. So unless you ate a man with large feet and legs skinnier than your ankles, I don't think this is going to work for you. And I gave this many chances over several weeks—never stated on longer than a few minutes.
