My podiatrist's office recommended this insole for supination issues. Their office only offered heel supination and I believed I wanted the full foot support. So far I think these insoles are working for me.

These have helped with my knee pain immediately the first time I used them. I wear them working out and I can work out longer and pain is very minimal.

It worked very well, fit is nice. Makes shoes tight. Would buy again. should help the foot pain after adjusment period.

They are comfortable, thicker than I thought they would be. They do tend to make your feet sweat more than some others. But overall I would purchase again

The first day with these in, I could feel the difference. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be doing as well after 2 weeks. I did put these into new shoes. Only other downfall is size. These don't have bigger sizes.
