I finally found a pronation product that has not compressed into a nothing suport. The extra wedges that come with this this product is a game changer for me. My leg lengths are different. I was able to customize exactly the perfect fit. Once I had determined what worked best for me. Removing the covering of the adhesive was easy, placed the inserts into my shoes Inserts have stayed where I put them. Worth every cent.

These heel wedges are a simple, yet very effective method to redistribute the weight of my foot on the outside of my shoe to a more correct weight distribution.. Much more comfortable now.

I thought I needed a knee replacement only to discover that with this product supination had caused my knee pain. Your product realigned my foot relieving the pressure and pain from my left knee. Only suggestion would be that one could purchase either right or left rather than a combination of both since in my case I only experience supination on my left.

I was very satisfied with this purchase because it allows you to add extra support if you have an arch that needs it more than the other side. These have been the best arch supports I have purchased or used thus far.

I have gone through so many shoes which were always wearing down on one side. My foot always hurt. Bought these and put them in a new pair. Found I only needed them for the right foot. Made such a difference in my walk, in the pain in my foot and leg. Now my shoes wear even, not on the side of my shoe. Would really suggest to at least try them, they are really worth using.

Bought to use in my 7 year olds shoes for pronouncement. He had a narrow wedge given to use by his doctor. Those moves too much in his shoes, these work so much better for him since they cover the whole heel. at first, he could feel it under his heel but has for use to it.

I have arthritis in both knees plus I'm bowlegged because of it in these really help with the pain I go for walks everyday and this really makes a difference

These were much smaller than I expected. I have big ol sidewalk slappin flounders for feet so these will do me no good at all. I ended up returning them. I do think they're good in theory and I wish they were quite a bit wider and maybe a little thicker on the thick side too

I couldn't get them to stay in place. When I first put them in they corrected my heals rolling to the outside. However within a very few steps they were in the toe of the shoe. User error I sure but I was done.

These inserts are advertised that they will assist with various foot health issues. They are simply thin sheets of plastic that can be stacked up to three high to attempt to correct pronation (foot tilts inward) or supination (tilts inward) depending on shoe placement - raises the left or right side of each shoe. Unfortunately this is a band-aid solution to a complicated problem and they did not help at all. If you have severe foot issues see a foot surgeon rather than merely a podiatrist, and have custom orthotics made for your feet.
