Nice Product ! I use it day and night for a bone on bone knee. It really stays on and has its own attached ice bag. Easy to freeze and I let it out of the freezer for a little while, which makes it easier to wrap. Can be used for many problems. I have bought a lot of these and this is the best one I have tried. Yes, I would recommend this product.
The NEWGO knee ice pack gives a solid 20 minutes plus of cold therapy to my knee. When it has been in freezer for 3-4 hours it gets a little stiff but is malleable with some pressure. One side is plastic the other is felt and I don't need another layer between the felt side and my skin. I ordered 2 and one of them had one strap stitching break but it hasn't affected its use. I'm able to make straps tight enough to get up and move around with it in place. I get all but maybe an inch covered with cold with the pack wrapped completely around my knee. I wear women's size 16-18 in Levi's straight leg jeans (XL in most joggers and leggings) if that helps with knowing fit. The ice packs have made icing a knee replacement much more convenient and easier.
I have two torn meniscus and osteoarthritis and inflammation in my knees. I absolutely love this ice pack because it wraps all the way around and really helps with the swelling.
Love this ice pack after knee surgery, so we bought 2 more! It fits perfectly around the knee and actually stays attached. It stays cold for the time prescribed and freezes easily.
Perfect!!! Total knee replacement it combats swelling after workouts fits snug or loose and stays in place either way. Followed directions and froze it 24 hours before first use. After that, it takes just a couple of hours til frozen. can move the gel inside for where the bruising is.

this item is perfect for elevating swelling and pain. I had knee surgery and normal ice packs just weren't working. This item really did the trick! No complaints. very satisfied with the purchase.
The material of the knee brace is nice. I will say it does thaw up quickly after freezing, however I still recommend it for recovery from injuries and it's versatile ! Use it for an elbow , idk .
1st one stolen from inside gate, delivery put next to gate. Have not heard anything. Knee couldn't wait on investigation, ordered again. VA convinced me get 2 to keep knee from hurting so much.
