Bought this for my 9 year old daughter who wants to learn sewing. This things is not a toy and actually works! My daughter sew pillowcases for all of us as a start! Love the price and function of this sewing machine!

Cute. Works for what it's intended. It could be better (ease of use) but it is a small device and loe cost. You get the space that you need and easy storage, and the quality is far better for the price (proportinately, i guess).

The mini sewing machine is a nice size -- only about 2 pounds so it is easy to take along to sewing meetups or take along on getaways. The method of threading the machine is not standard, so you have to go over the little instruction book on how to do it. My main problem was that the pin for filling the bobbin would not pop out of the hand wheel like it was supposed to, and I tried and tried to get it to pop out. The prospect of having to hand fill every bobbin with thread was just unacceptable, so I am returning the machine. I was disappointed there was no place in the machine to stow the extra needles, etc. I was a little difficult to find the button to turn on the light, too. Overall I was not happy with the design and with the lack of user-friendliness, but I was especially unhappy with the lack of quality control. Having a part as essential as that pin not work like it was supposed to was a great drawback.

Worked well at first but thread kept falling off did not like it I spent more time putting in the thread than sewing anything . The stitch left big gaps and the needle kept breaking !!

The machine hardly works at all. It may be cute to look at, but it is junk. It is calibrated way to tight. It doesn't hook the thread correctly, AND you have to plug and unplug it to get the pedal to actually work. I thought it would be a cool alternative to getting a bigger machine . But it doesn't work. Even straight out of the box. Worst money I ever spent!

I got this for when I wanted to do shirts or curtains without having to pull out full size machine. It sucks. My material either bunched up into bobbin area where the needle goes down or the thread would come out of the needle after 2 stiches. Ill be returning this asap.

Bought it and tested. Stops intermittently. It works again when the hand wheel is cranked. Stops again in the middle of sewing cycle. Tried the pedal . Does the same
