Nexcare Absolute Waterproof First Aid Tape, 1.5 in x 5 yds

there's not much of a selection on first aid tape and when I was looking at the reviews they said they used this for an ostomy. This works perfectly! I feel like I have a little more security at work so if something happens I have time to get to it. Piece of mind means a lot! The tape goes on well and does not peel off by itself. I will continue to buy this always. I just wish this was in my store.

Nexcare absolute waterproof tape 1and a half inch is a lifesaver for my husband. He has an Ostomy and lots of times the barrier wont stick to the skin as it should. By covering it all around with nexcare he is given a sense of security and a better quality of life. Than you very much. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this yesterday. I burnt myself with hot coffee on my side and stomach 2nd degree. I had only paperback I could get at my village shop it Was nexacare gentle paper. It fused to my skin tightly and there was no give as my burn was over a fairly large area this pulling of the tape and the subsequent hives I developed where the tape had been concerned me. I had to drive to a larger town 80 km trip with my painful dressing intact and found the Nexacare absolute waterproof tape. I can't vouch for it waterproof quality. I can vouch for this tape it's amazing. It stretches when i bend or move, it's comfortable no irritation after 26 hours it cool. I'm a larger person and sweat and it was warm here this tape has not moved from my skin. It's so comfortable. It's expensive but worth every cent. I will be getting more when i can get to town. If it works so well on my side and stomach then on feet and hands wow.

Worked when nothing else does.

I have a colostomy and I use this tape to seal up my bag when I go for a swim. It works so well. it is completely water proof and keeps anything from getting into or out of my ostomy pouch. I love it!

Although I am sure that it was not the intended use for this product, my daughter only uses this tape to tape her toes for pointe work. She is a ballet student and has tried many different products for protecting and cushioning her feet and toes while dancing en pointe. Nexcare's absolute waterproof tape is the perfect fit! The stretch and cushion of the tape, as well as its secure hold allow her to properly tape her feet and toes and be able to dance comfortably. She is protected from blisters and tears on her skin. We have drawerfuls of it and she would never consider changing products. You may not have intended the product for this, Nexcare, but thank you for your wonderful product! It took me a moment to write my review on my free Nexcare waterproof tape because I didn't need it. Unfortunately my luck had changed and I was grateful to have this in my first aid kit! I cut myself and I used this tape and it was waterproof! I hate when tape is supposed to be then it gets wet when I wash my hands or shower and I'm left with a wet bandage that either gets my skin all pruny or I have to take it off and expose my wound.
