Very nice item to purchase. Handles very comfortable in your hand which helps you to flatten your hair in a very short amount of time. With short hair you can also make curls to complete your task. It does not have an off button so you have to be aware to unplug it to not create a fire hazard.

This is the first straightener I have purchased like this. I usually buy mini flat irons. I'm working through the learning curve. It straightens my hair where needed and also helps add curl too. I love the auto shut off. My complaints on the product are that it is too long to fit in travel heat cases and that when using the product the off/on switch is right where you hold the straightener and can be easily turned off when doing hair unknowingly.

The temperature button is in an inconvenient position. I keep accidentally pressing it and turning down the heat while I'm using it. The size is fine and it works well for short hair

Not the best. Heat is not distributed evenly which is crazy considering how small the surface area is. Not at all good for baby hairs, doesn't evenly clamp.

I had good hopes for this narrow flat iron, but unfortunately the plates do not fit flush together, making it not very useful for fine or thin hair. It heats quicky but I do not think it is reaching full, strong heat. Again, may be the lack of plates fitting flush.

Package it came in has it titled as a straightener only, instructions also didn't show this to be a curler or 2in1 at all. The heat on max was very low in my opinion. I have fine, thin hair, little waves to it. This straightener did nothing for my hair at all. My sister that has thick, less wavy hair, tried it and did nothing for her either. Thankfully I ordered this while it was on sale so I didn't lose out on $80

Very disappointed. The control is in the place you need to hold and it is impossible to use without constantly changing heat. Unable to use

This flat iron specifies that it is dual voltage, but it is not. It is 110v, which is not suitable for use overseas. False advertising.

This tiny flatiron does not get hot enough even on the hottest setting. I found it hard to handle as well.
