I've only used it for blow drying my hair so far so I can't speak for its effectiveness with hot tools yet, but my hair is much smoother and has a great shine to it when I have it dried. It's lightweight and doesn't weigh down my hair, which is fine and gets oily pretty quickly. The smell is pretty light and pleasant too, which is a bonus for me.

Pleasantly surprised with this product. It is a small bottle but a little goes a long way. It does prevent heat damage and although it's not as great for frizz control, it is still a good buy for the heat protection.

I highly recommend this heat protectant, which leaves my hair feeling remarkably soft and shiny, with a pleasant fragrance. Initially, I was uncertain about its effectiveness due to my failure to follow the instructions, which advise spraying the product on damp hair. After applying it to dry hair and flat ironing, I noticed a greasy appearance. Therefore, it is essential to spray the product on damp hair after washing. Additionally, exercise caution, as the spray can make floors extremely slippery. Consider placing a towel on the floor to contain any stray spray.

This is the first heat protectant I've used in a long time. While I'm not entirely sure how well it's protecting from heat, I did notice it makes my hair feel a bit thick and sticky immediately after use. However, once it sets, my hair actually looks and feels much better the following day.

This product was more like a spray leave-in conditioner detangler but it was oil. sprayed it on my blonde fine hair and it was extremely oily and nasty. had to rewash my hair. will not use will return to store.

This is not a serum. It's a watery liquid that drenches your hair. It does not provide sleekness as it claims. Instead it leaves hair feeling sticky and gross. Left my hair smelling like burnt hair and burnt product after curling. Disgusting. I'm doubtful of the heat protection with the way my hair smelled after styling with this. Tossed it in the trash after the first use.

Well I never received item, it was delivered to wrong address, called driver, who apologized, but didn't deliver to me. Called wal mart customer service four times. Was promised a refund. I never saw refund on original gift card. Then to top it off , the remaining balance and refund disappeared from gift card. I called again only to be told someone had used my gift card fraudulently and zero balance showed because of that fraud. Walmart wouldn't do anything except tell me to file a police report. The only people who had access to my gift card numbers were me and the numerous wal mart employees who answered my calls in customer support. So dissatisfied w Wal Mart.

I bought this for my daughter who has long wavy auburn hair which she likes to straighten with a hair iron. It is sticky, drying, and permanently burned rough patches onto the edge of the iron that cannot be scrubbed off with a plastic scubber. As a result, I will likely need to throw out that curling iron (Remington) which she has used for several years. I bought this product as we could not find the usual product we had been using. Will not use again. I am surprised it has so many 5 star reviews. Are people spraying it on only after using a hot applicance?
