I usually don't like to sleep on foam because I get too hot but I did not get hot on this topper. It is comfortable. The only bad thing was I wish I had ordered the 4" topper instead of the 3".

It's a soft mattress topper for a bed to keep your mattress alive but if you need something firmer for your back or something with a cooling effect it may not be the best option for you. But if you like a soft mattress it's like sleeping on a cloud and waking up is difficult.

The comfort is OK but the fact that it just sinks in and that is what I don't like about. It is not pretty firm and comfortable.
