The chair is decent, light weight, moves good, but the shipping was crazy expensive. I could have bought a better quality chair for the price of the chair and shipping

The item is poorly made, and the seller intentionally makes the return process difficult. I was asked to unbox the chair to share a picture after I repackaged it to return it. So I would have to unpackage it again, repackage it and still drive it to a local Walmart to return it. The worst service and product ever. I wish I would've realized this was from a marketplace dealer vs Walmart. I hate Walmart started using third party sellers.

THE CHAIR IS TOO SMALL, FOR AN ADULT, THE FOOTER HOLDING CASTERS IS TOO SMALL, IT HITS BACK OF FEET (HEIL) AND PREVENTS MOVEMENT, WHEN STANDING UP, THE CASTER ARE TOO SENSITIVE AND IT ROLL BACKWARD, UPON RESEATING A POTENTIAL SERIOUS ACCIDENTS IS WAITING TO OCCUR.

The chair was east to assemble. However, the back of the chair doesn't fit up against the seat of the chair. There's a gap and it doesn't feel sturdy enough for back support. I'll probably disassemble the back and use the seat as a stool.
