wheels are of cheaper quality they will do but could be better. of coarse the low price of this chair off sets the quality of the wheels.

I think the chair will be ok when she finally uses unit. I wrote them about missing zipper pulls and at first they tried to convince me that the chair didn't have any zippers on it. So I sent pictures of the zippers and the missing pulls. They then asked what I wanted to do and offered a discount to purchase something else. I asked them to please just fix what was damaged or send me a new seat back to put on the chair because I wanted nothing else from them. They said they would send it and I'm still waiting... Also, shipping was the same price as the chair.
