The side shelf is retractable and can be folded away when not in use. The grill net is made of stainless steel and is quite well-crafted. Notably, this charcoal net is specially designed with a dust box that makes it very convenient to clean up charcoal ash, and it can also be raised and lowered. After selecting from many options, I chose this one.

Easy to assemble even without worded instructions. Nice size, perfect for the two of us here, cooks evenly and I really like the upper rack.

It was a little difficult to built but I love the burners and how nice they are and I love that it fires right up

Hubby loves it cooks evenly gets hot fast and stays hot even in winter. We replace or Weber grill with this one.

The packaging is intact, the barbecue grill quality is also great, the material is thick, all the accessories are complete, and it is fully functional. Highly recommended.

The grill itself works great and was not bad to put together. It arrived with an ever so slight ding on the door, not a big deal. I've dropped the rating because the thermometer arrived broken and after I contacted them about it and asked for a replacement, I received an email asking for a picture of the instruction manual that displayed the product and part number. I had already gotten rid of all the packaging including the instructions. I advised them of this and never heard another word from them. So, I guess I'm gonna have to figure out a way to rig something up since they couldn't be bothered with a follow up. Guess I shouldn't expect much from a Walmart purchase.

came damaged.door bent and also heat thermostat was broken.directions not all great.B ut not hard to put together or figure out.cheeply made and feel not going to last long.

It took 2 of us 3 hrs to put this together only to find out the burners arent lighting. You need 3 people and your own tools to put it together. If i can get it ro light ill tell you how it cooks.

Arrived without damage, fairly easy to assemble, heavy duty grates, however, the frame is very lightweight so I'm unsure of the longevity. The biggest reason for only one star is due to the fact that the cooking grates were not properly coated, during the burn in about 1/2 of the coating blistered up and came off. Then when I scraped them so they did not contaminate the food. I discovered they were all rust underneath the coating.
