I bought this bench and it was super easy to put together, if you guys need a YouTube on a how to put together Video I'll be more than happy to Do one! It's worth the five stars! I can't wait to add more to my Home Gym!

I have used it a few times now and works great. only thing i could say is i wish the bench part was longer so my head doesn't hang even with the headrest extended. But i am 6'3" and 300lbs. overall I can't complain. very sturdy.

Ok, I have had a ton of workout benches in my lifetime. I was very pleasantly surprised that once I got this put together, it really feels substantial. I LOVE the ability to do my back extensions with this and it's padded, so it's not uncomfortable. There are many positions to put this bench in. I put it together in about 30-45 mins, lots of pieces and I may have accidentally put a piece on backwards. Lol. It's a really nice bench, feels sturdy and is perfect for my home workouts. The only trouble I had was getting the bench into flat position. You have to just really pull hard on it, initially, to get it to come up. The instructions were basic, but pretty straight forward. If you're looking for a multifunctional bench for your home gym, this will not disappoint. And I really like metal, grippy, footpads, so I can do my back extensions and not feel like I'm gonna fall off. I really like this bench.

I read a lot of reviews of multifunctional workout bench, and finally chose the fylbird's roman chair. It was as sturdy as advertised, the assembly is very easy. It's perfect for daily exercise,would recommend this bench!

Instructions were clear to set up. I have used it everyday since setup and I live it. My lower back and core were lacking and now I feel better as a result. Very pleased with this purchase.

Easy to assemble. Solid construction. And lots of exercise options.

It assembled quickly. I think it is a great value as I wasn't prepared to buy an expensive bench. This one supports multiple different core exercises and weight lifting positions. It is light weight and somewhat narrow so not for larger folk or really heavy weights %26 workouts.

I like the fact that it's a three-in-one and that it was easy to put together
