I have had this bra for a few months now and it has not lost its stickiness which is what I have experienced with others, it is very supportive and I am large chested, I can wear it with pretty much any fitted shirt. I would not trust it to stay on with a looser shirt, but it does what it's supposed to do.

It is smaller than the cup of a real bra, only enough to cover the center of the breast and then some. I think it is smaller than it should be according to the size advertised.
