they are very thick...stick to ur sensitive areas so pulls a little when removing...they do what designed for i would have just preferred a little less thick..but i like them

Silicone scar pads are all made with adhesive and I am allergic to adhesive. I bought these for my surgical scar. I placed it on my wrist under the compression sleeve. It worked to reduce the scar but it has a smooth plastic on the back that prevented air flow creating a sweaty environment %26 the silicone layer was very thin. It didn't have any silicone left after a few weeks. Amflower is much better brand

These would be good in a bra that has a "holder" for the push up pads. If not, use body glue to hold them in place,

I'm a 46A nonbinary AMAB and wanted bust enhancement. I was dejected when I got these and tried them on. They are supposed to work with A cup breasts to provide a fuller B/C cup size. They really did not push my breasts up and in as I was made to believe that was the result I'd achieve. The inserts sagged out to the sides and were blatantly noticeable, no matter which style of bra I chose. They were even visible through my tshirt, cami, and tanks. I'm very disappointed and will have to try a mold style. I've returned than and will not purchase this style again. They would probably work for someone with a narrower chest and smaller bust, but they don't work for my wider chest A cups.
