Ninja Belgian Waffle Maker PRO NeverStick, BW1001

Absolutely the best!! I also have the Cuisinart Belgian waffle maker, but I would rarely use it because it was so big and cumbersome with the mix spilling out the sides. . The Ninja waffle maker is just the right size , and nice and compact. Turn it on, chose desired darkness of waffle, beeps to tells you when to add batter, and beeps when it's done. Viola, perfect waffles without the mess. Will definitely be looking to make different flavored waffles.

Compared to others this new design is the ultimate way to make waffles. no spills easy clean up adjustable browning on the settings and they are really crisp. it makes 4 med size waffles depends on how hungry you are 3 is plenty they come out fluffy too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box, I see the device, measuring cup, quick start guide, recipe book, and owners guide.  While the quick start guide is very clear with well-illustrated pictures, the owner's guide is much more informative.  In the owner's guide, there is helpful information.  It clearly states that before your first use, you should turn the unit on its highest setting for ten minutes to remove any residue and odor traces.  This was quick and easy. It also states never to use cooking spray on the device (glad that was clearly spelled out as that is what most people would use), to grease their waffle makers.  Also, it states to use cooking oil to season the plates.  The quick start guide has some nice recipes. I am really looking forward to making the Layered Waffle Cake!   I went directly to my pantry and took out the boxed pancake and waffle mix (I know don't judge me; I did not make from scratch).  I made the mix and warmed up the unit.  I looked at the book and decided I wanted to put the setting on number 2 which, by the picture, looks like a perfect golden color.  I followed the instructions, which stated to start with ¾ of the cup of batter.  I poured the batter in and waited for the green light.  Now, if you have ever used one of those waffle makers at the hotels, you know they are fast. Also, you know that with waffle makers, you always have batter running out the sides.  Well, with the Ninja there is no batter running out!  Who designed this device?  I want to personally thank you!  There was no mess, whatsoever.  Now back to that hotel waffle maker, they are very fast, the Ninja, on the other hand, is a little slower.  I did not mind the trade off for time versus the mess of traditional waffle makers is well worth it.  The first waffle came out ¾ just like the amount of batter I poured in.  So, I used a whole cup and there it was, the perfect waffle.  Oh, I almost forgot the most important two words – Never Stick – well again the Ninja does not disappoint, waffle after waffle came out clean and perfectly!  Again, who designed this?   The color of the waffle was picture perfect. Now, I will say I like a little crisp bite of waffle, so next time I will go to the number 3 setting.  Speaking of settings for cooking, there is a specialty setting. I found this interesting so what is this setting for?  Well, it is for gently cooking batters higher in sugar like banana bread, (what? Banana Bread waffles, I can't wait) cake mix or brownie waffles.  To me, this has opened a whole new waffle world!   Okay, the waffles were tremendous, but now comes what most people dread – the clean-up. No problem here, this was the best, easiest clean-up of a waffle maker I have ever done.  I just let it cool down, cleaned with a damp soapy cloth, and cleaned up with another cloth.  Amazing – no time at all.   This device is now going to be my go-to device for breakfast.  It was all so effortless and quick.  Thank you, Ninja, you have made me a waffle addict.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here's another innovative kitchen appliance from Ninja! I was skeptical as far as the “NeverStick” claim, but it truly does not stick. I have owned waffle makers in the past, and they were all hard to clean because they'd always stick, no matter what the surface was. With this, the waffle comes right off and absolutely no sticking! A breeze to clean. The upright design means it's so much easier to store. Not to mention, it's so much easier to pour the batter in the top rather than trying to pour it on the surface and get it just right. It comes with a measuring cup that holds just the right amount that you need to pour in. And you get 1” thick, fluffy waffles. There are 5 shade settings, so you can choose from soft to crisp, plus a specialty setting if you want to make waffles using cake batter or other non-traditional batter. (How awesome does that sound?!) Also, it's got a light that turns green when it's ready to put the batter in, and then turns green again when your waffle is done. It also beeps for each. I used a mix to make my first waffle, and the time involved in removing it from the packaging, cleaning it, and making my waffle, was less than a half hour. And keeping it on my countertop means I can make a waffle quickly and easily anytime I want! I absolutely love this and would recommend it to others. If you love Belgian Waffles, you need this!

Super easy to use, use the cup provided do not overfill. cleaning is a breeze, decently fast cooking time, but if you have more than two to feed you may want to get two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cute gadget cooks light to toasty waffles there is 5 settings and a specialty setting. Each waffle takes about 5 minutes depending on the darkness you choose. Unlike your usual waffle maker you pour your battery in the top resivoir and it starts cooking and will beep when it is done . The waffles are a decent size too much for one so I'd say two servings in one shot.

Well thanks to the Ninja® Belgian Waffle Maker PRO NeverStick™ I can now have thick, delicious Belgium waffles at home in less than 5 minutes. And it can also cook brownies, cake and specialty breads. These great features make this waffle maker a great addition to any breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner prep.

it's not child safe like most of Ninja's products. it gets really outside and you have to be very careful when putting the liquid in since that part is usually boiling. It is also hard to clean.
