It is no understatement that the Ninja CREAMi is humanity's greatest achievement. The ability to make ice cream and milkshakes on demand is a game changer. I've used it approximately 4 days a week for around a year - it changed my life. Within Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs, the Ninja CREAMi has embedded itself in the physiological needs along with food, water, and shelter. If my house was on fire, the first thing i would grab is my beloved Ninja CREAMi, and perhaps a CREAMi Pint.
I am enjoying this machine, I am able to enjoy frozen ingredients that you have made from home without any unknown ingredients which before with a regular ice cream maker which you would still freeze-and later get like a rock-now able to undo this situation and the substance would be edible. I find even the mixing of ingredients very easy to do. I have enjoyed this machine very much.
I bought this about a month ago. For my husband I make traditional ice cream ~ vanilla ~ and he LOVES it! says her prefers it over store bought. For myself, I make sorbets w/ just fruit (can't do dairy) and they are a wonderful treat (so far have made cantelope, watermelon & banana). There is a feature to re-spin. I use this on just about all recipes to get the texture we prefer. One complaint I have seen: having to wait 24 hours for the ingrediants to freeze. I can understand... you just need to plan in advance. Would definitely recommend if you are an ice cream lover. Machine makes great ice cream and sorbet.
Love this beast of a machine. Takes a few practice runs to get it right, but once we figured it out, we use it all the time. We eat low to no carbs, so modifying recipes is necessary but not too difficult to do and the end result is amazing tasting ice cream.
I haven’t yet tried all the features but we got this after visiting family that had just bought it. We made a few ice cream flavors together and had fun doing it. Didn’t take long to put it all together but I will say you have to specifically go buy these ingredients because you won’t have most of them laying around usually. The ice cream came out great and there’s enough room there for people to add their own twists. There is a little trial and error there so don’t be afraid to try ideas out
I’ve been loving the fun healthy desserts I’m able to make! My only concern is the blade kept dropping off as it started to spin the last time I used it. I eventually got it to stay on. Im hoping it was just a random issue because I’m pretty addicted to the ice creams I’m making.
powerful, easy to use, easy to clean, and it really does a great job, the key to great ice cream though is making sure your cup is not too frozen, yes you need to freeze it overnight but if you want creamier softer results you will need to thaw out your cup before using the creami
This is a good product, specifically, for someone like me with dietary restrictions (i.e. lactose intolerant, diabetic, etc.). While very pricey, it ends up being more cost effective than off-the-shelf alternatives. So far, I've made light ice creams (milk alternative & sugar free) as fruit sorbets. The recipes that are available are fairly simple and I like that, of the recipes Ninja has, they have provided the measurements for alternative ingredients (i.e. coconut cream instead for heavy cream, stevia for sugar, etc.). The one drawback is that there aren't many recipes (although they seem to be adding them). Overall, it's a solid product that I would recommend, particularly, to those who have dietary restrictions.
I love using this with Keto chow. I loved it so much I ordered more containers. I accidentally ordered double what I needed. The next day before shipping I tried to reduce my order to half. My email was ignored so I hope it stays working well for a long time!
I got the machine as a Christmas gift, I tried right away the chocolate ice Creme and vanilla Ice Creme. It came out sandy, like powder. I tried already numerous variations, but it is never creamy. I have to re-Spinn it a least twice to make it so you can eat the ice Creme. I’m not sure I’m doing something wrong or it is the machine.
