Very impressive! Only sorry I didn't buy this sooner. It heats quickly and the smoky flavor it adds from the pallets is better than a charcoal grill. I cooked brussel sprouts , mushrooms and a steak my first try. Everything cooked to perfection. Looking forward to many delicious meals.
I love my little ninja!!! Omg, the smoke flavor is supreme!! I use different pellets for better flavors but my goodness this machine is a beast! Mm the bark it makes is delicious! Buy the right rubs or make your own!! Best purchase I’ve made for cooking in a while. I bought the flat top accessory and this is freaking awesome! Made me a full breakfast sandwich, eggs, cheese and bacon - even used it to toast my bread as I was cooking. Bought a partially cooked rotisserie chicken from Costco, put it on Air Crisp and May lawd it was tasty and still juicy. Watch your temps! Always cook to internal temperature. Check out “Cooking with CJ” on YouTube. Making the neighborhood jealous on the daily lol
This little grill is a power house! I got this for my Dad, and he absolutely loves it. He was wanted a smoker, but he only feeds 2 to 3 people on average so something smaller was needed. He uses this thing at least once a week and tells everyone about it! He smoked a brisket on this bad boy, it turned out so good that his brother-in-law went and bought one. I'd recommend this to anyone, the positive reviews are spot on!
The woodsmoke is wonderful. I use it camping. It I’ve made great ribs and tri tip, links, bacon and an apple crunch. My morning toast goes on there too. It is fabulous for camping. It takes the place of a grill, stove and oven. Clean up is super easy!
I’ve used the Ninja Woodfire outdoor grill once to smoke pork ribs on the Fourth of July. The directions recommended 2 hours of smoke time. However, after 1.5 hours of smoke time the ribs were perfect. I used the smoking pellets that were included with the grill since the instructions stated I could not use any other pellets. The grill is smaller than what I had anticipated and it does not come with a stand to put it on. However, I put the grill on a table and it worked fine. The grill is big enough to fit a slab of ribs if they are cut. The grill was very easy to clean up after using. I would recommend you not store the grill outside without purchasing a covering for it. Ensure the grill completely cools before moving it inside. I plan to use the air fryer setting this week to test it out. For safety reasons I absolutely recommend this grill and I think it is great for beginners use.
Do you want to be the most popular cookout host? Then get this idiot-proof smoker. I bought this for my husband’s birthday, he unwrapped it at 11 AM, we had it washed and set up and igniting pellets before noon. We had a beautifully smoked pork but my 5 PM. We looked like pros and yet needed no expertise. And the taste? Aaaaaaaamazing!!!
A great value, we use this a few times per week. We use the grill function for steaks and burgers. We use the air crisp function for chicken wings and they turn out very juicy and crispy, just perfect. The smoker function really gets ribs so tasty - overall this is a great value!
Be aware you are getting the very base model here, fewer functions and no thermometer. Our first experience we followed the instruction booklet only to find that it is incorrect. We were doing ribs, it said no need to preheat so we did not, the pellets did not ignite. After we called Ninja customer service we were told to preheat every time and the pellets would ignite. We did that step and they started right up. The Ninja customer service was very nice though.
I gave this one star so people would read this. This has nothing to do with the grill itself as we haven't used it yet. When considering purchasing this, it said it had premium accessories such as the stand. What it DID NOT say was that this and the other items are SOLD SEPARATELY. To purchase the stand separately, it's $150-200. The cover is $25, etc. The griddle is also not included and neither is the combo basket. We did not realize this when we purchased this online. The box, when it arrived, also shows these items but the fine print says sold separately. Just take this into consideration when purchasing. Walmart could have done a better job with the description, but they put a disclaimer so you can't hold them accountable
I ordered the Ninja electric grill for Father's Day only to open the box to find it had been repacked by somebody. There were pieces of cardboard and empty plastic bags emptied of their contents. One bag of smoke pellets had been opened and retaped! The underside of the lid was actually greasy indicating obvious use, then probably returned to the store without being inspected by an employee. The price was very good if only the item had been new and unused. Walmart can do better than this. I am owed something for having been misled. I'm hoping the grill works as advertised.
