Nintendo 2.5" Lava Castle Diorama

Grandson loved it. Exactly what he wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this toy set a few days ago and my son loves it. He is a big Mario fan and anything Mario is a winner in his book. The lava castle diorama set is well made. My son plays for hours and imagines he is in the game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really sure who enjoyed playing with this set more, my kids or myself. Growing up, Mario was my favorite videogame character, so seeing my kids enjoy him in any capacity makes me happy. This set is a lot of fun, with the Fire Mario, the flying Goomba and the Spiny, you can create numeros different scenarios. The cardboard background did not last very long, but the other pieces, played with daily, are holding up wonderfully. The kids really enjoy the size of the pieces and the ability to create their own fun, using their imaginations. The additional scene setting pieces are also fun for the kids in creating their "perfect' set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect, but this set is very cute and fun. I set it up in my office but my kids quickly absconded with my Goomba and Spiny and put them on their own desks. I told them they definitely can't have my fire or Mario though. Great set for any Nintendo or Mario fans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a big Mario and Nintendo fan and loves this set. The diorama is well made and he has so much fun setting up different scenarios and pretending to be in the game. Only thing I didn't like is that the bricks and fire balls are made out of cardboard which easily can be ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this and was impressed. I love the fact that it is a modular and can be used with other playsets. I like how Mario can use the flower power up. The characters have great detail too. I liked that it came with more than one character. The coolest thing was that the fireballs spin around the tower just like it does in the real game. I love this set and can't wait to collect more and expand.

These were made very well. The size of toy was great and there were a lot of pieces for the price. My grandson was so excited to play with these. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nintendo 2.5 inch Lava Castle Diorama is so adorable! Sure brings back memories of when Mario first became famous and He is still going strong! The little characters are so cute and well done. The paint is great on all of the pieces. A great addition to any Mario collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toy under the impression it would be something easily manageable. I gave it too my 2 sons to play with & within minutes the cardboard background ripped & Mario's arm came off. I think I may have gotten a defective product but I still think there should be a better way to make them. I recommend it but you should be careful with how you treat it.
