Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle

Not blaming the delivery driver on this. The switch 2 that I received did NOT have a seal on it. When I opened it, the console and accessories are all there, brand new, and serial numbers matched. However, I noted the digital coupon to purchase Mario Kart World was flat out missing. Only thing I can think of is that someone is taking the game coupons out of the box in the warehouse/store before being shipped OUT. Definitely BUYER BEWARE!!!

This bundle is definitely worth getting so you get a new Switch 2 game with it. I got this for my son’s birthday so can’t play any games with him until he opens it up next month but definitely looking forward to it! I’ve seen many good things about the system helping boost Switch 1 games so looking forward to that too. I know my son will love it! 😍

The switch is great but the ordering system was not. They shipped it through FedEx who didn't even attempt to find my apartment and rescheduled it for the next day, even though my fiance and I took the delivery day off so we could be there to receive it and play games. The delivery attempt photo was just a picture of the delivery slip on the steering wheel of the driver's vehicle. FedEx support was extremely unhelpful, Walmart support said they would send it back out at 8:00 p.m. The same day, but that never happened either. So it got delivered the day after when we both had to work.

You're actually asking me to rate what your system/app had shown me to have had it in stock, allowed me to place a purchase order for, with a 'next day delivery ', but then decided not to actually have it in stock? Seems pretty gnarly, man. Launch had tons of leftover stock for all the big retailers, but suddenly it all mysteriously evaporated? Very suspicious, if you ask me.

Lile many others...purchased bundle which was supposed to include insert with digital download code for Maeio Kart. Nintendo package came without any security tape or anything protecting a seal...sure enough, once opened, quickly realized either the insert was forgotten or more likely a thief took it. Returning to the store for refund.

The Switch 2 is excellent. If you like your Switch, you'll probably like the Switch 2. It's a little bit bigger (and harder to hold) and old games like Mario Kart 8 look great--sharper images, better colors. I also like the screen size for mobile gaming. I assume this is the only potential downside. For example, my wife has smaller hands and still prefers the original Switch paddles and size compared to the Switch 2. However, the game's download code was not included in the bundle. I have contacted customer service twice now since the system arrived on Monday and have not received any word or updates on the issue. I specifically got the bundle because I wanted Mario Kart World. With no obvious way to create a ticket, it's hard for me to tell if the problem is still being addressed by customer service. I was very excited to get a chance to order the system from Walmart since it's very hard to get at the moment, but very disappointed with the response to missing the code.

We bought the Nintendo Switch 2 Mario kart world bundle. The order came without code for the Mario Kart world game. We called Walmart and they took no responsibility for it. Then we reached out to Nintendo and they said someone else was using registered the game under a different user and device. So this seller and product was a scam. Walmart should take better accountability of products being sold on their platform.

Review is really not about the switch Walmart has failed to think about the customers I ordered this item a month ago for their second release date I never received this item but yet they still want me to pay for something I never received. They waited a whole month a half later to tell me that my refund has been denied.

Stayed up till midnight on release date to try to get my kids the new Nintendo switch with Mario Kart game. Gave it to them as an end of the school year gift to only find someone at Walmart had removed the seal and the stole the Mario Kart game card from it!! SO disappointed!!!! Shame on you!!!

I got the wrong edition, but I did manage to get the Switch 2, though I do feel ripped off I got the console itself and not the game that came with it, and I know if I return it, there won’t be any in stock for a while…, overall solid delivery, just wish they bothered to show the difference
