Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle

The NS2 does a lot, as it is such a busy device nonetheless! It overheats, but the cooling function does what it does as best it can. It does dissipates as best it can also. The battery life is horrendous, let’s get that out of the way. I did mention the NS2 does a metric ton of tasks, so I’ll give it that. I am using a Gravastar65 rapid charger along with Chubby cables to offset that. If the NS2 were an OLED panel, it would add 2 the cost per unit. 🔈🔊🍿 I have a LG Nano 9 Series in a 75’ variant anchored 2 a home theater, 5.1 surround sound system, which serves glorious purpose. 🍌🕹️🎶 Donkey Kong Bonanza, looks gorgeous on the handheld, but once docked 2 my theater screen, it changes everything. Mario Kart World™️ was in the bundle, which is a no brainer 2 grab as well. It is an investment, I’ll admit. My child plays the console at times, so I purchased a 9H blue light glass filter 2 help with handheld play sessions and eye fatigue. I was having a bit of troubles doing the payment on my credit card, I switched over to a debit card and the preorder went through. The console arrived at7am sharp on launch day and there was even some free snacks thrown in! Very happy with my purchase 😃

the shipping box was smashed to the point the inside box was smashed as well. Walmart would not offer a replacement only for me to return the item for a refund. this is completely unacceptable on Walmart's shipping and fedex too. now i have an item that my husband has been waiting on but he cant even use it due to the damages

Trying to add a protection plan after buying a product is ridiculous. I went in-store to add a protection plan, and they told me to do it online. I got home, contacted Walmart customer service online, and they told me to call Allstate Protection. Allstate told me they don't add protection plans they only manage claims. I called Walmart customer service again, and now they’re saying they can’t add the protection plan because the order was placed already. I just need a protection plan added to my order. It shouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get one.

I got the wrong edition, but I did manage to get the Switch 2, though I do feel ripped off I got the console itself and not the game that came with it, and I know if I return it, there won’t be any in stock for a while…, overall solid delivery, just wish they bothered to show the difference

DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART.COM – THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT EVER. I ordered my SWITCH 2 on 7/8 and after various days lost in the mail and multiple “delivery attempts”, what do I receive? A VACUUM CLEANER! I immediate contacted support on Walmart.com, and they provided me with a Barcode and told me to head to the nearest Walmart. Once I got there, I explained to them the issue but the manager told me that they will not be able to receive the item as the Bar Code does not match since I was trying to return the Vacuum cleaner. They told me that there’s apparently a feud / Disconnect between Walmart.com and physical stores, and told me that this is very common, especially with Macbooks, that end user receives a different item. I was told to call Walmart Support, which I did, and after a half hour on the phone, I was told that I could keep the Vacuum cleaner due to the inconveniences and that I would receive a refund in 10 days or so. Around a week later I called for Refund status, and the agent told me that no refund was in process, and once again instructed me to return the item at a Walmart. After some arguing and explaining the issue once again, a Supervisor told me that In a few days I would receive a Shipping Label via email and that a refund would be issued to me within a few days, PRIOR to returning the item. A few days later, I got an email stating that they will not be able to issue me a refund or provide me with a Label! I called once AGAIN, and they told me to go to a store and have the manager call the Support line. After going to Walmart again and speaking with the manager, they once again called support and had a big argument as they couldn’t reach an agreement… after TWO HOURS in the store, they finally told me that I will be sent a shipping label to return the vacuum cleaner (once again) and as soon as I return it they will then issue the refund. I had to take some time out of work to go to my nearest Fedex and Ship the item back, and after almost 2 weeks since shipping the item, I finally received my Refund. I cannot believe I just went through this horrible experience, the complete disconnect between Walmart.com and stores, and the complete lack of empathy and respect for the customer. Don’t get me started on the support provided on x.com – they told me the only solution is to submit a claim on my bank to see if they can do anything about it.

I ordered a Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle. What I received in the box was only the plastic stand for the console, everything else was missing. 2 different Walmart stores refused to take the return (saying I had to talk to Walmart.com). I have called Walmart.com customer service three separate times and have not been able to get a refund processed. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM WALMART!

After I bought it, and you charged me, the order was delayed because the website lied and let me purchase despite them being sold out. And you haven't refunded me. I'm down $********* and the website says it's too late to cancel, so I just have to wait and wait until you eventually decide to ship me one from somewhere.

Review is really not about the switch Walmart has failed to think about the customers I ordered this item a month ago for their second release date I never received this item but yet they still want me to pay for something I never received. They waited a whole month a half later to tell me that my refund has been denied.

Order same day delivery. Three days later Walmart canceled my order. Over those three days I checked on my order but Walmart only uses an AI bot for help. Never answered any question correctly. Now my kids birthday gift is ruined. Thanks Walmart. Maybe employ actual humans you corporate waste machine.
