This Nintendo Switch bundle was a great deal! Everything was new in box as expected and arrived earlier than expected, and the Mario Party Superstars game is a lot of fun! Very happy with my purchase!

The Nintendo switch bundle was missing the game. I reached out and they are sending the game separate, but we were excited to play the game for my son's birthday.

We ordered a Nintendo switch neon blue and red bundle. We received an all red switch with a note saying that we purchased a Japanese version. There are no directions and everything is in Japanese. According to the note though, “ DO NOT WORRY the Japanese Nintendo Switch is exactly the same as a US Nintendo Switch.” If that's the case then advertise that way. This was a gift for our son for this weekend and now I need to return it and hope I can get one by tomorrow. It also let us chose the “Mario party pack” game when we purchased it, it came with Mario cart. Completely not what we ordered. Not what we paid for. So aggravated.

dislike that all the materials that was ordered i did not receive how hard it is to get incontact with the seller

NOTHING told us it was the Japanese version, thats literally the whole reason we didnt buy from other sellers. will be returning.

never received it and then got rold i was out 400$ no replacement no refund no help

I thought I ordered the game and controller only received the game ???
