I recieved my package but it was missing the game the game card was missing in the Cartridge. Very disappointed i am paying for something i dont have.no more will i order from online i like to see everything lesson learn

The Nintendo switch that I purchased did not have the game chip inside the package. Please provide me with the game. My grandson was very disappointed because he couldn't play with his game.

Never received item and was charged. They want me to “return” item before refunding me and I never even received the switch to begin with so I can't return it !!!! Awful awful awful

i ordered a Nintendo switch lite that included a mario rabbids sparks of hope game. The game came without the chip inside the case. we are happy with the switch itself but would like the game chip. i just read multiple other reviews from customers that experienced this same problem. please help. resolve this issue.

The item was shipped in a in a non-factory sealed carton sending an envelope as opposed to be shipped in a box upon opening to inspect due to the Box not even being Factory sealed the bags that are supposed to hold the items were dirty the screen cleaner look dirty and used I'm highly unsatisfied with this purchase

Game won't hold a charge and screen is frozen. Grandson only played with it a couple of times.
