Nintendo Switch – Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle

I got the bundle for my five year old son he absolutely loves it but I'm very upset that it says there's supposed to be a year of Nintendo online with 100's of original nes games but after I input the code for Mario Cart 8 it says I don't have a online subscription so I've looked everywhere for another code but to no avail but he loves it and it makes me so happy to see him enjoy Mario just as I did on the first Nintendo when I was just a bit older then he is now so if u can help me know where to find my 12 month online account pass I'd be so very grateful thank you otherwise I'd give this review a five star so if I'm just not seeing it and some one can explain where to find it I'll change the review thanks again I'd definitely recommend this for your kids very happy with it as I should be seeing him so much loving this gift for the holidays a bit early but I'm happy thanks!!!!!

This is a great product. But I felt great frustration getting the free Mario eight deluxe downloaded onto the console. You don't need a code. I saw other reviewers of this product had purchased the Mario kart game. Do not do this. It is included in the bundle, but help is hard to find. Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She opened it excited to play but can't! The online membership code that came with the switch says it has already been used.

This is not an Item review. The Nintendo Switch game console maybe fine, I did not open the box. I ordered the incorrect game console; I wanted the Nintendo switch 2. what was not to my satisfaction was the return process. I live in the Bronx and instead of offering a return label to make it easier for me to return the item at a nearby FedEx/UPS store walking distance from me, I was informed I had to travel to a Walmart store and what they provide as near me, is not near me. I either had to travel to New Jersey or Long Island, not even a Ct. option. I did end up taking the item to Long Island. the process at the Walmart store did go well. but now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my money to be returned. I will not be using Walmart going forward to purchase anything in fear of having to return any item I purchase and deal with this same frustrating return process.

Opened for the first time today and already having problems with it. Got this for a christmas gift for my kids and the counsel will randomly freeze and had to be restarted 4 times since we opened it this morning. The fan makes an extremely loud noise and then the screen freezes once again.

I would give it negative stars if I could. Purchased on Black Friday for Christmas 2024, opened this morning and started set up. 1. there is no Mario game OR code anywhere. 2. there was an existing user and wifi saved in the history. 3. There was an error code from a YEAR ago 12/31/2023 then another two on 11/24/2024 the DAY I BOUGHT IT (did not receive the product until 11/27/2024) and one for today when we tried to set it up. The error code prevents us from connecting to internet and is telling us we are banned from the internet set up.. This product was obviously previously used or owned and did not include all parts. Should have known better than to trust Walmart but Target was sold out when I purchased. Now the only thing they are offering is a refund at price purchased so will have to now buy a different device from a new store at current price and miss out of the Black Friday sale that we purchased. Do NOT shop at Walmart.

My Nintendo Switch won't let me download the MarioKart Deluxe 8. When I enter the code that was included in my purchase, it's saying my code was already redeemed so I was not able to download the game that was included with the purchase.

The package on the outside has been smashed, and the item on the inside has been smashed as well. The box appears as if it has been thrown and kicked around.

Missing part and Walmart doesn't want to take care of it. They want me to call the manufacturer. I bought it through Walmart not from the manufacturer!

My package came late and came opened I can't trust whether it comes used or not but this made me not trust whether my product is used or broken I'm extremely disappointed with this incident
