Outstanding game console and handheld in one pack. Beautiful graphics, easy to use. I am subscribed to Nintendo on line and get my games in the Switch memory with no need to use the game cards.

So far no issues even Nintendo outlet cord universal came with it nothing missing box alittle dinged up but no worries feels solid great product will check up prior to return date but I'd rate 10/10 for anyone wanting a switch Oled model worth it going from a switch lite huge upgrade

it came on time and was packed neatly. everything was brand new and the customer service was very friendly.

I bought this for my granddaughter to replace her old switch. This one has a slightly bigger screen which makes the switch itself slightly bigger. She noticed it right off when holding it, but acclimated to it in no time. Screen is bigger, brighter and more vivid than the old switch, and she liked the kickstand way better on this model. This is a Japanese model and all of the packaging and paperwork are in Japanese, but this is a non issue.

Good switch. This is a normal switch OLED just in Japanese writing there is no difference between the U.S versions and this one and you can switch languages on it if you like

This is a great Nintendo Switch, and it's definitely the OLED model. Not sure why some people are saying it's not, but I checked mine, and it is exactly as advertised. Very happy with my purchase!

Perfect, just buy this thing instead of the $350 us version. Is the same, works the same, costs less :D the box is in japanese, but you won't be playing with the box, don't be ridiculous.

It's awesome fun but the bad thing is that the Nintendo online code that was in the box didn't work

Where do I start with this terrible experience? First, this item appears to have been opened and then returned by someone else. The packaging that I received was clearly damaged and unsealed. Second, this product's description is rather misleading. In my opinion, text that includes "JAPANESE VERSION" should be more prominently displayed in the listing. This item was completely in Japanese, so I could not even confirm whether I got the more expensive OLED version or not. Third, the customer service offered by this seller appears to be non-existent. I reached out to him to try to resolve this issue amicably and proactively. However, the seller replied once and then stopped replying (even after knowing that I urgently need this gift for my daughter's birthday). Buy from this seller at your own risk.

Did not receive item. Tracking number shows it was dropped off in another state but does not give an address. contacted walmart.com three times. Was told that it was a third-party vendor and that they would be contacting me within 48 hours about a replacement. Vendor did not contact me. contacted walmart.com and asked for a complete refund. Was told they would request it from the third-party vendor. Still no contact from vendor and no refund. walmart.com has not stated that they would take care of it only that they would request the vendor take care of it.
