Worked great

Angel November 4, 2016

Have 200k on my Chevy trailblazer 05 it was sluggish in accelerating and check engine light would intermittently come on especially when cold but went away when it warmed up. Bought this and before I poured it I drained about a quart of oil out of the oil pan, and sealed back, added the whole 1 quart to the block and ran for 7 min, and completely drained it and changed my oil, once the oil was in with a new filter the check engine light was on and after about 2 min of it at idle it went off. I feel like it has restored more horses power in the engine along with the oil pressure gauge staying steady before it would go up to 65 psi now highest is 50 psi, also with a visual inspection I saw inside the valve cover was a lot cleaner and took a lot of thick particles away, I would highly recommend it

It Worked for Me!

JakeS November 29, 2017

The motor in a 2000 GMC Sierra with 195,000 miles began having valve/lifter noise from the right side of the engine on start up. I was going to do an early oil change, 2000 miles, and looked for a product to clean the engine as well. Found Motor Medic after researching and used as directed. After the oil change, with Castrol Synthetic, I took a 200 mile trip and the following morning there was none of the noise I previously experienced. I personally would not use it with dirty oil as that would kind of defeat its purpose. I will do another short change after about 2000 miles, as there is a residual amount of the Motor Medic left in the engine.

It works

James February 6, 2017

I have an 08 Sierra with just over 200K on the odometer, two days ago I started hearing a tapping from the engine. A friend who knows more than me told me it sounds like a valve tapping, which he said can get expensive. I had also noticed my truck smoking for a few seconds once I started it up. My friend suggested that I change the oil, maybe that would help. I do change my own oil, and have long been a believer in Lucas Oil Stabilizer, so I was already using that. When I went to buy some oil to change, I saw this stuff and thought I would give it a try. I followed the directions on the bottle. I let my engine cool down, then poured this in and let it run idle for about 5 min. As soon as I started the truck the tapping stopped, I thought it was probably a fluke, no way it works that fast. But I drained the oil changed the filter, added my oil plus the Lucas as usual and no more tapping. Took it for a ride down the interstate, no tapping. Drove to work, about 30 min away, no tapping. Needless to say, I am very happy with how this works and will be using it regularly with all my oil changes.

Works real good especially on GM engines with finicky lifters if you use a none synthetic oil use before every oil change @ every second or third with synthetic i worm the engine up first @ run 7 to 9 minutes chute engine down 5minutes then run 3more minutes i also change my oil every 3 to 6mo or 3 to 6k miles even with synthetic oil been doing this for years ran a K5 Chevy blazer over 300k with no lifter tick ever sold with 24k on the clock after rolling it over 3 times sludge is the killer!
