need help w/ refund for a broken item
I've been using this for 30 years ish now and respect the quality a lot. protects and doesn't get messy. Highly recommended, and Im very glad Walmart carries it. For years, I've tried to buy it here in the US and never found it. thanks Wal-Mart. but my last order came with one item broken and I couldn't get a refund, only return option, which I dint want. so.please can wal mart belp.me on this?

Broken bottel
Deodorant is good but delivery was awful. One of my bottels was broken and made the whole package a mess.

I ordered Antiperspirant and they sent regular Deodorant . It took 4 days for me to get the actual package after they said it was delivered. The delivery person left the package outside of a 112 unit secured condo building, didn't even put in the mailroom . This is the 2nd time that this has happened. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the product.
