Nivea Soft Refreshingly Soft Moisturizing Cream for Face, Body and Hands Travel Size 0.84 oz Pack of 5

Thought I'd let someone know, I dont like this new formula as much as the old one. Im now getting an ouly T-zone, I have to use twice as much, it doesn't sink in as easily/ isnt as absorbent. I'm getting pimples, especially at the edge of my nose and cheeks (which I've never had ) and I feel like I need to re-apply at the end of the day. Bring back less sustainable formula please. I now feel I have to go find something new

I have used nivea soft as my hand and face moisturisers since I was 14 years old. Its the very best and as someone who needs to have moisturised hands i litrallly had a tube in my car in my bag and at my desk in work at all time. This was the hand cream I recomened to everyone and the only one I would ever use. Since the new formula has come out I now dont buy it. I have still to find a handcream like the old formula. This new vegan formula is so rubbish and it doesn't moisturisers. It sits on the skin and does nothing. Bring back the old formula please!

I used to love the old formula and used it for 20 years. The new formula is sticky and awful. Will have to find a new product if the old one doesn't come back soon.

Oh dear God Nivea, what have you done to my wonderful reliable moisturiser for the past 58 years. This replacement is cheap, tacky and totally different from the original one. I am beyond disappointed and hope you will at least consider returning the original one to sell alongside your other products. There are a lot of unhappy customers out there judging by the reviews.

i have been using the nivea soft cream for around 10 years and i loved it so so much it was the one thing i never changed in my skincare routine. but this new formula instantly doesn't feel the same on the skin; it doesn't feel or look hydrating, my skin has lost the shine/glow it used to have when i put it on (it kind of looks matte now?). it also leaves a tight feeling on your face as it dries down, not absorbing into the skin at all. I appreciate the move towards vegan and sustainability, but surely this is possible without ruining a product so well loved.

Out of many creams I tried this was the best one for cost and moisture. I have on subscription order! This new vegan formula is terrible, it's lumpy, it's not soft, it doesn't retain moisture and worse of all, I now need to go through the agonising and exspensive process of finding a replacement moisturiser that balances water and oil content as excellently as your previous formula did! "Don't fix what ain't broke!" Please find another way to help the environment, none of us want to live on a dead planet, but we also want to live comfortably against the elements comfortable in our own skin. I saw many other disappointed reviews over this formula, please don't lose this line, it's be so sad to see another good company go into administration.

Thought I'd discovered a great moisturiser at an affordable price from a friend after I tried it. Then I bought some and it's now a new vegan formula. It's now not soft and is more like putting on sun cream. Basically it's just a new product. I'll just go back to the drawing board

I've been using this Nivea soft moisturiser for years. Today I put some on my face and it burned like crazy, I had to wash it off and take an antihistamine as my face went all red. I just noticed it says new formula- I'm stuck in the Philippines now so I can't just pop to the shop to get more. I'm rarely allergic to anything, I've googled and seems I'm not the only one!! Fuming!!! Nivea bring back the old formula

Feel conned - just seen from reviews that the formula has been changed, thought I was buying same product I've been using and loving for years. New product doesn't soak in, sits on my skin and feels like it's burning/irritating the skin when its applied

After using the original Nivea Soft for 20 plus years i am so disappointed in the new vegan version. i think most people like myself will probably buy this by mistake due to the small vegan symbol and then never buy again. You should offer two versions the original and the vegan one not just replace it you have ruined a perfectly good product and will be losing a lot of long term customers as a result. My skin feels awful now.
