[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this every other hair wash, alternating with "regular" shampoo, which helps my dry, itchy scalp a lot. This shampoo lathers impressively well, which I wasn't expecting, but it makes my hair so clean! It smells clean but isn't obnoxious like some other dandruff shampoos. It definitely doesn't smell medicated, but worked better than some of the medicated shampoos I've tried.

Hands down best shampoo ever! I had really bad dandruff , so bad my boyfriend made me try everything from head and shoulders to selsun blue and nothing worked. Then BAM! Nizoral came into my life and I was so shocked. In two days.... TWO DAYS my scalp was dandruff free. No more flakes , itchy scalp or dryness. I had struggled for the longest with dry itching scalp and dandruff. But once I tried this product definitely got rid of the dandruff and dry itching. I had struggled with this issue for the longest that I remember. Until I tried it and would continue to buy this product, oh did I mention that I'm still on my first bottle an I've been dandruff free for over 3 months now. So far so good.

Works really well if used occasionally due to it having a drying effect on the hair. After shampooing twice, I follow.it up with my own conditioning shampoo and conditioner. On its own, it's drying but don't get the wrong idea, it gets to the root (no pun intended) of the problem whereas other shampoos cleanse the scalp.

This shampoo is terrific! for itchy, dry, flakey and "stinging" scalp. But IT MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT. Read reviews here and on "A." Buy 1 small bottle, maybe you can get a sample...Try it for a few weeks, but stop if there's more hair on the floor than on your head. Good luck.
