I was looking for a larger bag or purse that resembled a briefcase of sorts, but larger and bigger than that. I wanted something with large inside capacity and an outside zippered pocket for easy access to phone, bus fare, etc. This fit the bill exactly, and then some, The outside can be wiped clean. There is a handle and regular backpack straps. Very nice and doesn't look like a kid's backpack.

If you need a basic, no frills backpack this is the one for you. It is cost effective and a decent size for kids, but probably on the smaller side for an adult. I got it to use at a theme park and it did it's job. I wish the outside pockets were larger. They didn't hold a water bottle, so that took up space on the inside. Overall decent product.

This backpack is really great for the price! It is a little on the smaller side so make sure you pay attention to that if you are ordering online. It has a really nice simple style and I love the pockets on the inside and outside!

I absolutely LOVE this backpack!!!! It is so soft and comfortable but sturdy at the same time. My sister purchased one and I had to track one down so I could have my own!!!

I got it on sale, so not sure if I would have paid full price. It's a small cute backpack. I needed something for school. The only thing is that I can't fit my laptop in my bag but it's a big laptop so it is what it is. Oh and I noticed the hooks at the top don't fold over or anything, they just stick right up.

This bag fits my travel needs. Side pockets fit my water bottle and glass case. The amount of storage space was amazing as this bag is smaller than my usual traveling backpack. I love the looks of it.

Much cuter than i expected!! A bit smaller than i thought it would be, but the price was right. Can use this as a large purse or a small(er) size backpack. Really like this!!

This bag is awesome!. It's actually bigger then I had anticipated for I thought it was going to be a smaller size for the price I payed for it. It was a steal for the price, has adequate room and is modern and stylish all at the same time. Highly recommend!

I needed to take my work laptop, it's charger, and my work phone plus it's charger with me, along with my own phone and a few other small items. I didn't want to have to carry all of that in my arms. I read the online size of the backpack before purchasing to make sure my laptop would fit. NOTE: Yes, the high point is 16" BUT the sides are sloped. My laptop is just over 14" and because of those slopes it was TIGHT to fit. I wasn't able to put my laptop in the laptop sleeve. All in all, it still worked. I would've liked to be able to put it in the laptop sleeve for extra protection, but it all worked out. There are no internal pockets, with the exception of that sleeve. The 2 side pockets are really deep (covered my iPhones and then some), and the front zipper pocket easily fit the laptop charger, phone charger, and the other small items I needed.

Ignore the one star rating. This was given as a gift and I don't know how well it was received. I assume they liked it. I have not heard anything to the contrary.
