Makes little square individual brownies that some people like because they like the edge pieces.
I ordered this to make rolls in. I put 4 small balls of the yeast dough into each one and I get the perfect size pull apart clover roll. They also make great drop biscuits that come out a uniform size with no rolling out biscuit dough. Great for making breakfast biscuits for eating on the run. Of course I still make brownies in them too. No more fighting over who gets the edges , each bar has edges. Foods cook more evenly and faster. I love it, will get another soon.
Before using it, we read and followed the directions that came with the 12 bar baking pan. Used it for the first time during the Pandemic to make individual servings of brownies and they came out great. None of them stuck to the pan. The pan is not light weight, it's a little heavy.
perfect the individual cavities of pan are little deeper then i expected was gonna use for just cookies
Pan was too deep for me but otherwise a good pan
harder to grease and clean than standard pan
not much difference than a normal muffin pan and the printed paper that was on it had some honey like glue between the pan and paper, was a mess to get off even with soap and water even sruck to my skin took alot atemps to hard scrub with soap and water to get off everything even my skin.
This pan over cooks everything!! We had purchased to use for a Minecraft style cake and it ruined everything.
This pan wasn't what I thought it would be. I was disappointed. The centers caved in and were raw while the middle and the sides were overcooked. I did spray the pan. I thought wilton was the best out there?
It's nearly the same size as the brownie bar pan so it is useless to me! I have the brownie bar pan already. It cost more for shipping to send back than it's worth, after having to pay shipping to get it. I'd rather give it away! Won't buy anything else from the website!!!
