At this time, I really have not been taking this long enough to rate for health reasons. Naturals always take longer than chemicals. Therefore, I will rate the product on ease in taking. Very easy. Everything I read suggested following the cod liver oil, to have on hand, a slice of citrus or citrus juice to cut the taste and feel. I have done that, however, have not found it to be necessary. The taste of this particular one is not bad. It is suppose to have a lemon taste, as it does. Easy to use. It does have to be refrigerated. I will continue to use this product until completed, to see if I have any benefits health wise. This is a good size bottle, so 3 months should be no problem. Arrived here right on time, and even a day early.

I have been using this product for quite a few years. I recently moved and was unable to find a place that sold it. So happy that I contacted the company and ordered so now I have a supply on hand.

This oil is always fresh tasting when it arrives and so I trust it. When I have my vitamin D tested it is always in the normal range. My doctor said whatever I am doing, keep doing it!

I started taking Arctic Cod Liver Oil six months ago. My D3 level improved within a month. I am continuing to take the supplement. It is pleasant tasting and easy to use.

I like the taste,but I would like it better if it wasn't flavored. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the vit D doesn't occur naturally, it's added vit D.

It's very expensive for a very small bottle. Benefits, if any, would come through consistent use over a very long period of time and that's an enormous cost for something that 'might be helping'. If they gave you a large bottle for your money its probably worth the expense but that tiny bottle is gone in a blink.
