Nordic Ware 2 Cavity Egg Poacher

The NordicWare egg poacher is terrific. I had poached eggs for breakfast today, 3/4/2026. It is easy to use and clean-up is a snap!!

The egg poacher works well. You just have to experiment with the timing. For two eggs you need to cut the cooking time to 45 seconds. Remove them after the 30 second wait time. You may have to adjust it also. Very easy to use.

It's great for cooking eggs quickly in the microwave.

I had one of these Nordic Ware egg poachers for years. No Complaints. Finally one of the hinges broke. It was still usable but since it was so inexpensive, I decided to throw it out and just get a new one. I didn't know how difficult it would be to find another one. I went to many kitchen stores and looked on line. I finally purchased another microwave egg poacher - different brand - what could be so different, I thought. Well, the difference was I couldn't get it to poach my egg properly, no matter how many variations I tried in timing and amount of water used. Finally I discovered that Walmart had a Nordic Brand egg poacher. I don't have a Walmart store close to where I live but I went the distance to get one. And now I once again have perfectly poached eggs. My only complaint is that sometimes the hinges lock and I have to juggle them into a different position before they open.

Does not stay together very well, and really over cooks one side and leaves the other not totally done.

Cooks eggs great but the hinges will break.

The lid configuration creates a problem with difficult closing and opening of the lid on this egg poacher. Plus, it's sideways handle is somewhat awkward. If you can get past those two things, the Nordic Ware egg poacher does a good job and the price is very reasonable. Plus it's just about the only microwave egg poacher available.

The lid sticks and it will not always shut all the way. Therefore it does not allow them to cook the same

I ordered two different items.... And you sent (2) of the same item. The second photo was one of the right items The paper work one represents the One Item that I did not get but paid for. Unfortunately, Walmart does not stock these items, so they have to be ordered on line . I scanned the paperwork. but your system does not allow Scans to be sent. I am missing the $15.68 one I ordered. Was shipped a $7.00 one in its place. Look at the 3rd photo. That is the one missing

Very fragile, cooked 6 eggs and now it's broken. It did not securely close when it was new, now I doesn't close at all, would make a huge mess if we tried to use it now.
