my only problem with this cookie sheet it's a lot smaller than what I thought. I have another airbake cookie sheet and it's twice the size. but the quality on this pan is great the appearance is great and it bakes great cookies I would definitely recommend it. my only problem is the size other than that it is a great pan

I can fit 16 scoops on this pan using a 1 TBSP scoop %26 have plenty of space for the cookies to spread. I do homemade oatmeal cream pies 1-2x weekly. I can get them baked in 2 batches instead of 3 with my other pan. So it's saving me 15min. I love NordicWare pans %26 have been slowly replacing my old pans with theirs. You can't beat the quality for the price. They're very durable %26 will last ages if you take care of them. I never put mine in the dishwasher. And this particular pan shouldn't be submerged in water due to the way the bottom is designed. If they need it I just wipe with soap %26 water, then rinse.

These are high-quality baking pans, but be sure not to use metal scraping utensils or they will scratch. These pans leave the bottoms of your cookies/bread evenly baked. I'm happy with this purchasing experience, and the quality of the product.

I'd been wanting to bake cookies and knew this sheet pan was the only way to make perfect cookies. So....I ordered it and made the most scrumptious oatmeal raisin cookies. So happy with this sheet pan! Whoever invented this deserves a trophy!

natural nonstick my foot i tried my butter-soaked chocolate chip cookies and guess what they stuck just like my other kind of cookies the reason i bought these is to get away from parchment paper but i still have to use parchment paper and that is the reason why i am giving 3 stars because they are not nonstick but that's ok they still are a good quality pan thanks

it's a little heavy for a cookie sheet and it doesn't slide easily on the oven racks. I do like the way it cooks, perfectly browned cookies and the size was perfect for my smaller oven. I like the construction, I've never used a baking sheet like this but I really like it. You can't put it in the diswasher or submerge it in water to wash it but since I always use parchment paper it's easy to clean with a damp cloth. I had read other reviews about cookies sticking to it so I use parchment paper. It was damaged when it arrived which was also a common complaint from other buyers. The packaging was inadequate to prevent damage during shipping. The damage was minimal and doesn't affect its use so I would recommend it because of the cost but warn others about all the other issues when considring buying it. Your baking sheet may arrive with too much damage to use.

These are supposed to be non-stick but the 3 batches I cooked all stuck. Not sure why since I have used this product in the past with no problems so maybe the newer ones are made differently. My advise....use parchment paper

The cookie trays met my expectations as they are just as described. They were delivered in timely manner with notifications about shipping. However, the cookie trays were not individually wrapped and there are several scratches present especially on bottom tray. (Stacked on top of each other) They were placed in an empty box that is a little too small and sides of box bowed out. Top flaps of box did not meet and opening covered with tape. The trays should have had something wrapped around each one to protect them from scratches. I am disappointed that they were sent like this. It would have been very easy to prevent the damage.

The metal is so soft that it scratches easily. There is no plastic film to protect it when shipped. First order arrived with deep scratches on both sides. Replacement arrived also with scratches, just not as many. They arrived on my door step not in a box or bag, just unprotected with a label and sticker on them. I strongly suggest that you go to the store and look it over before purchasing and not have it delivered. They also want it returned packed in a box that you provide.
