Nordic Ware Naturals 16" Aluminum Air Crisp Pizza Pan

first time my pizza dough got stuck to the pan and the 2nd time I've dusted with flour it was perfect, after baking it the whole pie just slid off the pan in one piece. I really like this pan as it's perforated, while your crust being tin or thick , it gets fully cooked through evenly , no issues. 450 preheated oven well… you know the trick

I am replacing mine that is 15 years old. Keeping it for a spare. Excellent value for the price. Every kind of crust is golden brown,crisp,not soggy. I make home made, already prepared crust,just add toppings, and frozen pizzas. They all come out great. REMEMBER TO HEAT YOUR OVEN TO THE RIGHT DEGREES BEFORE YOU PUT IN THE PIZZA. THEN ADD THE TIME. Tiny perforations are the best . Happy pizza to you! Remember to wash your pan each time. Not doing so will make it difficult to remove any stains with a steel wool pad. This is a very good product.

it was bigger than I thought but that's what happens when you don't know your measurements lol. the pan is excellent thick and sturdy great quality. Pizza was cooked perfectly 😋

If you are using this to reheat pizza or cook a frozen pizza, it's fantastic. If you are attempting to cook pizza dough on it, be extremely careful. My dough was a smidge too wet, and sank through the holes and it was a nightmare to get back off. The side that had more semolina was fine, and it was crispy, the other side ruined my day.

After putting it to use, I have some thoughts on its durability, design, and long-term care that other home cooks might find helpful. The pan feels very sturdy and solid in the hand. Unlike thinner baking sheets, there is no risk of this pan bending or warping when you remove a heavy pizza from a hot oven, which provides a nice sense of security while cooking. The 16-inch size is adequate, though it is a "just fits" situation for a standard large pizza. If you are regularly making extra-large or thick-crust pizzas, you will appreciate the surface area, though there isn't much room to spare. While the construction is solid, there is a design element that potential buyers should be aware of: the fold under the rim of the pan. This area looks like it could easily trap water during cleaning, which may lead to rust or corrosion over time. Because of this design feature, and the fact that its large 16-inch size makes it cumbersome to fit conveniently in a standard dishwasher, hand washing is absolutely a must to ensure the longevity of the pan. For the current price, this pan offers a fair value. It performs well and isn't flimsy, so you aren't paying for a cheap, easily deformed piece of metal. However, due to the maintenance required to keep the rim clean and dry, I would not necessarily expect this to be a "forever" pan. It is a solid, functional tool for the kitchen, provided you are willing to commit to hand-washing and thorough drying after each use.

I thought this was going to be none stick and after one pizza, pizza sticks to it. A bit thiner than I would have liked, but the pizza did cook nicely.

very large. feels cheap. hard to clean as everything sticks really bad. plus it is so big it doesnt fit in my sink. might work if you have a deep single very long sink. i threw away after second use as after scrubbing (cant soak because so big) couldnt get clean enough.
